A sea view 2 bedroom Penthouse, forming part of Stelle Marine Court, situated in St. Luke's Street, St Paul's Bay, having unobstructed views of St. Paul's Islands and the surroundings.

Situated in the heart of St Paul's Bay, Bugibba, which is close to all daily needs and also other things like night life and restaurants. This property is just 5 minutes away from the sea shore and 3 minutes away from the first bus stop. This property is also very near to Bora Bora Ibiza resort, Malta.

The property has a very large terrace enjoying a private well sized jacuzzi (this is filled and available from end of May till October only) and also other equipment such as BBQ and deckchairs. WiFi is also available.

Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms. This will be charged separately, per unit depending on consumption. There is a separate meter for each air condition.

Prices: The prices quoted by the system are for 2 persons. Additional guests (up to 5 persons) MAY incur an additional charge depending on the season.

Essential: guests are given bath towels (one per person), bed linen and toilet paper as a start up.

Delivery of keys: we are very flexible with the delivery of the keys by offering various solutions depending on the guests' needs. A fee may be charge in case guests' request us to deliver the keys in person after 21.00.

Pets: Although pets may be allowed, prior to booking, clients are to inform us what pets will be brought.

Appartement bien équipé, avec une terrasse bien accueillante pour les repas. Dans le centre de la ville à quelques minutes à pied des bus et zones attractives.

Hi I am responding to the person only for the future clients to hear the other side of the coin. My name is Jurgen and you can see from most reviews that i am a very well eductaed person and would never dream of being violent to a person. When i went to talk to this person on site I went there in the evening and was with my wife and a 3 month old baby i have witneses that saw the hole facts and saw that in reality this person was the violent one and maybe even drunk. therefore if you are thinking of not booking this property becuase of this review think twice because i can promise you that i always get out of my way to make my clients happy best regards Jurgen

If Jurgen/Svetlana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
