In the northern part of Majorca, a little inland, is the village Sa Pobla, which is different in every season. The municipality in the islands is something like the vegetable garden of Majorca. Here potatoes are planted, which are exported to England and Scandinavia.

The village is characterized by the agricultural economy as hardly any other on the island. Sunday is weekly market in the whole village, as many know. The fact that Sa Pobla is also home to a remarkable toy museum is only known to a few.

Once a year, the devil is in the fire, masked and sparkling. In January, at Sant Antoni, the pyres blaze. And there are euthanasia, sharp-spiced. It does not always have to be potato. The price of a simple trip is under 3 euros and is therefore very cheap. In addition to supermarkets, petrol stations, pharmacies, doctors, public swimming pool, tennis courts, bars and restaurants, there is plenty of agriculture, tradition and crafts.

Our modern finca "Garden Loft" is located just outside Sa Pobla, about 2 minutes drive, on a quiet piece of land where you will not see more than sheeps and breeth clean country air. An ideal place to relax, with plenty of privacy and tranquility with views to the surrounding nature landscape and mountains. The whole property is fenced and very spacious. Once arrived at the house several car rentals can be parked directly on the property. On the one half of the plot is a piece of land planted, with fruit trees which can be harvested. The other half is laid out with a very cultivated lawn, green plants and almond trees. In the middle of the garden, directly in front of the house is the beautiful large salt water pool (5m x 10m) which is easily accessible via steps. Sunbeds, storage tables and a shower are ready to use. For the little ones among us there is a climbing frame with two swings in the garden or a football gate on the large lawn where you can really let off steam, and then you go to the pool for refreshment. Behind the house is fixed a nice stone BBQ where you will prepare you delicious dinner and later you can enjoy it under the covered roof in front of the house on the large dinning table, maybe with a good glass of wine. If you want to sit back, you will find a cozy place under one of the beautiful almond trees. Here you can relax or read a book on the comfortable rattan furniture. At night, the large light balls in the garden give a particularly romantic flair, simply beautiful.

The minimalist Designer-Home is built on one 140sqm level fully and completely styled with good taste. The furniture and decoration is completely white and offers a very modern, bright and clean feeling. Over the large terrace sliding door one reaches into the open living area with a very comfortable couch and giant flat screen Sat-TV. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view over the pool and green garden. Also from the garden through one of the large sliding doors you enter the dining room with fireplace and open designer kitchen. The kitchen is laid out in the middle like a kitchen island, which makes working and staying there very pleasant. From here you can enter a kind of patio with chill-out furniture, where you can sit back and discuss the day's plan. On the opposite side of the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine, clothes horse, freezer, etc. In the back part of the house there are 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with pull out double bed), as well as the bathroom with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning, Wifi Internet and fireplaces for the colder months are included here. Built-in wardrobes and modern chests of drawers offer plenty of room for clothing and luggage. Baby cots and highchairs are available and will be provided upon request. For all those who are looking for peace, beyond the stressful everyday life, our modern-rural finca "Garden Loft" is exactly the right thing. An absolutely beautiful spot with all comfort and taste to feel really comfortable. You will be impressed!
