Furnished duplex, located 50 meters away from Olleros station of line "D" subway,and from the wellknown Cabildo Avenue where you can find all kind of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, different lines of buses.-

Also is a few blocks from Belgrano University, Palermo Lakes, important medical centers.-

The building has a security camera system that allows you to see your visitors from your tv set.-

The apartment is furnished and full equiped; is very luminous (all the rooms overlook the street) and cozy in a quiet building.-

The apartment is located in the 5th and 6th floor of the building; at the first floor you have a big kitchen conected as a loft with the living room and the balcony, and there´s a toilette.-

The kitchen has microwave oven, fridge, freezer, cofee maker, iron, oven.-

The living and the master bedroom has a cold/hot air conditioning each, and the apartment has also underfloor heating.-

At the second floor are the main bedroom with a queen size bed and big closet, the main bathroom with bathtub, bidet, cabinet, hair dryer; and the other bedroom with 2 single beds and big closets too.-

Linen and towels are provided.-

Accomodates 4 people comfortably.-

The neighbourhood is very beautiful, full of life, and at the same time is quiet.-

A few meters of the building you have Mc Donalds, Starbucks, laundry shops, COTO supermarket, etc.-

I live near the apartment so if you have any trouble i can help you easily.-

Why can't I call Gabriela (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Gabriela (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gabriela (the owner) a message.

If Gabriela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
