Double bedroom with 4'7" bed. Twin bedroom, single bed with truckle. Low ceilings.

The comfortably furnished sitting-room has patio doors leading out to the terrace, from where the stunning views over the Maen Valley can be enjoyed. There are books and games, to help keep all ages amused, although the views will almost certainly take precedence.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining-area has a lovely wide feature door leading onto the large lawned garden, prettily planted with shrubs.

Parking is handy, with one space in a private car park area next to the cottage.

There is plenty to do in town, and several sandy beaches less than a mile away offering various watersports tuition, kayak and dinghy hire. Ferries from the nearby Prince of Wales Pier sail to Flushing, Truro, St Mawes and the beautiful Helford River, where gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah are a delight to explore.
