Casa Encosta has an enviable poolside location, perfect for couples or families who wish to spend their days relaxing by the poolside. .

At the entrance level of the villa is the modern kitchen which is fully equipped and has integrated appliances - a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a washing machine.

The inviting open plan lounge has sofas, a dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, ipod docking station, DVD player, and a feature fireplace. Patio doors open onto the terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a mobile barbecue.

The bedrooms are located on the lower ground level and consist of 1 x double bedroom, and 1 x twin bedrooms, all with built in mirrored wardrobes. There are two bathrooms both with WC, sink and a bath with a shower over.
