Casa Moderna is situated on three levels in a quiet area of the development yet conveniently located next to of one of the swimming pools.

Entrance level - Fully fitted kitchen with modern integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The bedrooms are located downstairs, the master bedroom is a double configuration with built in mirrored wardrobes and the second having twin beds with mirrored wardrobes. There is a family sized bathroom on this level with a WC, sink, and a bath with a shower over.

Second level is the spacious open plan lounge area which has sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet facilities, and a feature fireplace. There is a sizable balcony off the lounge area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Third level is a bathroom with WC, sink and shower cubicle - steps to a private roof terrace complete with sun loungers and views of the rolling countryside.

Each property has its own designated pool for use within the Quinta da Encosta Velha development. These pools are gated and access codes are given on arrival.

Access to the main pool and Spa area at Parque da Floresta are not included.

Smoking is not permitted in the villa and pets are not allowed.

Right out to the west is the port of Sagres and spectacular headland of Cape St Vincent, the most south-westerly point in continental Europe.
