Sleeps 8 in a 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool and jacuzzi. Landscaped and private garden. Panoramic views sweep across one of Europe’s most picturesque golf courses. The nearest beach is 5mins away by car in the quaint fishing village of Salema. There is an abundance of excellent local restaurants within a short easy drive. The Villa also benefits from wireless internet.Leisure facilities include tv room (with satellite TV), sauna,table tennis and fitness equipment all in gym area.

Outside is a private, tropical garden with a 10 x 5 metre pool, and a jacuzzi that will fit 6 people.

“Absolutely Fantastic Villa!”

We have just returned from a week at this stunning villa. We were two couples with a toddler each and have had the best week. The villa is situated on a golf resort with absolutely stunning views all around. Everything we could have possibly needed was already in the villa. It had a beautiful great sized heated pool and fabulous jacuzzi which we used daily! The bedrooms were large and well equipped with extremely comfy beds and all ensuite. The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed as was the lounge area. It was extremely clean and also cleaned during our stay. The owner had even supplied and fitted stair gates for little escapees, high chairs, cots and cot bedding. There was an amazing terrace where we had breakfast every morning and a fab bbq which we used every night. The villa itself requires a car for getting around but the area is gorgeous and nice and chilled, perfect for us and our little ones. Thanks again for superb accommodation and a brilliant holiday we hope to return very soon!

“A wonderful family holiday!”

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday in your stunning villa. The sea views are to die for and we never tired of them. Although you provided a wealth of information as to where to go with a young family, I can honestly say we didn't leave the house for the first 5 days! We simply enjoyed all the facilities it has to offer - the huge pool and outdoor jacuzzi around which we ate lazy barbecued lunches - the exotic garden where we all played croquet or read in the shade of the arbour - the den where many games of table tennis or scarbble tournaments took place and later at night DVDs were watched and jigsaws completed. We even enjoyed a sauna session or two. When we finally ventured out it was to visit the many child friendly beaches and restaurants just a stones throw away. “Excellent, peaceful and stunning”

We had a wonderful time at Casa Roma in April of this year. It is located in the western part of the Algarve, which is a beautiful and unspoiled part of the coastline. The villa is exceptional. Well decorated, comfortable, and spacious, with a moorish architecural uniqueness. I travel considerably for business, and the furnishings were 5 star quality. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. The villa occupies the top of a hill and has forever views down to the ocean, but is only a short five minute drive to the beach in Salema. My wife and I were there with our two children, ages 12 and 6, and everyone had a great time. The villa's pool area is resort quality with plenty of deck space, and fluffy, white, spa-like cushions for the lounge chairs. Nick was very friendly and responsive. He has a local property manager that was available if needed and very friendly too. There is a supermarket about a half mile away, and plenty of great restaurants within easy, short, striking distance. I went down to the resorts gym and spa a few times, which had modern equipment. Recommend digging out the maps and exploring some of the hard to access coves along the coastline west of Salema - you'll enjoy a little hiking along beautiful cliff top paths. Nick also has plenty of suggestions of great excursions nearby in a book at the house. We can't recommend the villa enough and we hope to go back!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
