The Manhattan studio is located in one of the favorite area of Budapest called Ujlipotvaros also considered as part of the city center.
Rebuilt as a residential district from the late 1920s, with a lot of restaurants, cafes, bookstores, shops within walking distance, this freshly refurbished apartment is a cosy and ideal place to stay if you wish to discover the city.

Situated on the first floor with lift, the studio is looking on a private and quiet inside yard.It is a very functional space with its own bathroom and toilet separated. You will have the chance to enjoy the Danube river sides and the Margaret island also few minutes away.

Our guests will have access to a full equipped apartment including toaster, kettle, a full kitchenware, but also free wireless internet connection, a new flatscreen tv with international channels, washing machine, microwaves and fridge, some towels , hair dryer, shampoo, soap for the bathroom, bed sheet, a safe and toilet paper.

Getting around :

There are many ways to use public transports and all are present around the apartment. Starting with the bus 15 on pannonia street which takes you right to downtown and the center of business (district V), the tram 2 which takes you also to the center, to the parliament, the and by the riverside, the underground with all connections, the railway station ( 5 min)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
