This bright, spacious 100 m2 airy apartment has south facing terrace ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine at nightfall while you have a great view to the authentic Jewish quarter .The apartment consists of three big separate rooms with separate entrances each , an ensuite double bedroom with rain shower , a bedroom with terrace and a large living room which can double as an extra bedroom if required provide plenty privacy even for 5 guests . There is a second bathroom with bathtub , both bath have toilet . The brand new kitchen well equipped offer all comfort .There are two dinning areas , one is in the kitchen and an other grand round table in the bright living room .The location is in the trendy , lively neighbourhood but in a small quiet street. We always welcome our guests personally , anytime . Introduce the apartment and give the keys and not the least , give useful information about the city

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle , two different coffee makers and a fridge + freezer , washing machine waiting for you . The apartment has internet acces .

There is a 4m2 balcony with coffee table and chairs so everything you may need , available to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Budapest!Interaction with GuestsGuests can use all apartment areas , as an owner I welcome them at arrival , give the keys and city information and will not disturb during the stay but available to manage requests if there is any question regarding the apartment or the city .

“First class accommodation in the heart of a beautiful city”

This was the second time that I, my girlfriend and my brother and his partner had the pleasure of staying at Jozsef and Janos's apartment. The first time was last September and we loved the apartment so much we didn't hesitate to stay again when coming back to Budapest. Everything about our stay was made perfect by Janos and Jozsef, from Janos arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport and take us direct to the apartment, to taking the time on our arrival to provide maps and information about the best places to see, eat and drink in the city. This was essential inside knowledge of the city and invaluable in helping us enjoy this amazing city to the full. The guys even booked us a table at one of the best authentic Hungarian restaurants in the city and recommended the best dish! The apartment itself is right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter on the doorstep of the city's liveliest bars and restaurants. The stunning opera house is two minutes walk away, as is the nearest underground stop which will take you to the main thoroughfares and shopping area in minutes. However, it is barely five minutes walk and no more than ten minutes from Chain Bridge and the riverside. Inside the apartment is beautifully appointed. A blend of contemporary and modern with high ceilings, huge bright rooms and plenty of space to eat and relax. There are two large double bedrooms, one with en suite and the other with a bathroom just off the dinning area. There is also a small balcony which is bathed in evening sunshine, great for enjoying a beer before heading out for the evening. Janos and Jozsef also have a selection of home made jams and chutneys which you can buy and the kitchen is modern and excellent for preparing food if you wish to eat in for a change. There is also a good sized Spar shop a minute's walk from the apartment, where you can buy any food or other essentials that you need including beer and wine! I honestly could go on and on there are so many positives about this apartment and already we are planning our third trip to Budapest and will most definitely be staying here again.

“Great apartment in perfect location”

The apartment is extremely clean and well cared for. Janos and Jozsef are gracious and accommodating hosts. The location could not be better: 150 meters to the State Opera and Metro stop; 250 meters to the Liszt Academy; and less than 1 kilometer to the center of Pest. Do not let any photos of the neighborhood dissuade you -- while there are a few boarded up buildings (many of which are in the process of being restored), this area is quite lively and very safe. One of the best apartments we have stayed at in any city.
