Apartment is facing a quiet street; in front - renovated park with bike rental, playground for kids and area for dog owners.

NOTE THIS: We are at the nice quiet town house (build 1895). Apartment has 79 sqm of a living space, 2 rooms. Facilities are perfectly suitable for traveler of any mood: romantic journey, family holidays wedding, or friends reunion.

For many seasons we guarantee: easy access, free WiFi, good coffee machine, clean towels and bed sheets, washing/ drying/ ironing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, also baby cribs/needs free upon request and much more.

We also have a real wood fireplace for a winter season!

Appearance is spacious, clean & elegant: located on the higher above-street 1st floor (no lift needed to carry up luggage), inside we have 3.8 meter high ceilings. The main bedroom has a king-size double bed with high quality mattress and double sofa bed when needed. Other rooms are furnished with double sofa beds and mattresses, enabling the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people.

Parking is free on weekends and nights, right in front of the apartment. Secure parking is also available near by.

Transportation is easy (tram, bus, trolley), shopping options are plenty: fresh bakery across the street, several 24-hours non-stops, SPAR supermarkets are just 5 min walk.

Many restaurants serving a wide varieties of international cuisine and cafes just near by, feel free to ask for recommendations!

We speak English, Russian, Hungarian.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vadim (the owner) a message.

If Vadim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
