Lovely, 2 bedrooms apartment with large balcony, in the centre of Budapest - in the historical VII. district with all around nice, renovated, old buildings, were built at the end of 19th century.

In front of the house there is a new shopping center with food market and with undergroung garage - so you can stay in nice historical area with the today's comfort.

The apartment:

46 m2 large, has 2 bedrooms (with separated entrance),

a well equipped kitchen,

a bathroom,

a toilet, and

a balcony.

It can accommodate max. 4 people, there are 4 normal, single beds (no sofa!)

If you are only 2 persons, and would like to sleep separated bedroom, here you can! Or, would you like a double bed? -we have single beds, but togethet they are like a king size double bed. Just write it to me, and I will prepare your beds as you like.

By walking, or some minutes by public transport you can reach all the sights of Budapest.

The Eastern Railway Station (Keleti palyaudvar) and the Metro station "Keleti palyaudvar" of M2 and M4 lines are in 5 minutes walking distance, with stops of several buses, night buses and trolley-buses.

You can easily reach the City Park also (5 min. walking), which is famous for it's magnificent buildings and monuments, were built at the end of 19th century, for the Millenary celebrations: the Heroes' Square with the Millenary Monument and the Millennium Underground are included in Hungary's World Heritage sites; the Museum of Fine Arts, Palace of Arts, House of Music, Vajdahunyad castle are the places what all the tourist must see.

But the City park offers entertainments for all generations with the famous Szechenyi Spa Bath (very popular in winter also), with Europa's most intresting ZOO, and with Circus, boating lake - it is Europa's biggest open air skating ring in winter, with very nice, historical surraudings

Bedroom 1.:

there are two single beds together (like a king size double bed), LCD TV (80 channels in several languages) + TV watching area with a glass covered table and 3 armchair, a writing desk with a chair, and high speed Internet connection WIFI / WLAN or LAN connection, a wardrobe, and a ventillator (fan) in summer.. There is enough place for the spare bed too.

Bedroom 2. :

there are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, + a ventillator (fan) in summer.

Kitchen:

is equipped with all necessary things: gas range with oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, a table with 3 chairs, two kind of coffee maker, kitchen utilities (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots,..), kitchen clothes, washing liquid, iron, iron board....

Bathroom:

is with shower and centrally provided warm water, there are hair-drier and shampoo too. Towels provided.

Toilet: separated.

Balcony, it is 5m2 large. It is available for pleasant sitting in the morning sun, or smoking, or store your bike(s).

Washing service: in BUBBLES Laundry - just one step, it is a self-service washing service, open 24 hours, cheap prices.

We provide our guests free centre maps, guides and prospects of Budapest, gratis coffee, tea, sugar.

The apartment can be found on the 5th floor of a residental building with elevator.

About parking:

- undergroung garage in front of the apartment, in Garay Shopping Center: 0,8 Euro/hour, or weekly ticket only 23 Euro! (max. heigh of the car. 1,9m, open 24 hours)

- parking on the steet: need to pay only on workdays 8-18 o'clock, price 1 Euro/hour, but you can pay max. 3 hours. Weekend and holidays are free.
