DETACHED HOUSE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE VILLAGE OF BUCKS MILLS, THE BEACH AND SEA

This delightful property, formerly the village school house and where Prunella Scales once attended has been stylishly renovated and provides a unique and comfortable holiday home at the head of this pretty valley.

The house is south facing and enjoys a high degree of privacy and is just within a mile off the coast and a two minute stroll from the coast path with its stunning vistas of the North Devon coastline. Much to see and do nearby with the beach at Bucks Mills offering opportunities for prawning, fishing and rock pooling. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot there are also long, sandy surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude. Family attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets. In the evenings relax in the garden that can become a real sun trap or enjoy a meal at one of the many local pubs within a 10 minute drive. Play
