Enjoy the Long Range Mountain Views while you cuddle up in front of the Fireplace, or enjoy the Plush Cotton Bathrobes after a soak in the Sparkling Hot tub filled with Fresh Spring water...
The stainless & granite kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook at 'home' - and on the deck, a BBQ Grill. For those of you that enjoy hydro-therapy, there is a jetted tub in the downstairs bathroom.
Bring the S'mores fixins and brush up on your favorite Campfire stories. Gathering around the FirePit is always an end of the day favorite!
This 2018 Season has brought several exciting Upgrades that include: Brand New Leather living room furniture set that reclines, a larger (42") flat screen TV in the Living room (each bedroom offers flat screen TV's as well), a new King Bed upstairs - with "sleep number technology" that offers dual controls, (The Queen bed downstairs was previousely updated and is extremely comfortable), and now that we offer WiFi, we added Amazon Fire-TV which is great for those rainy days...
As always, the beds are prepared with Luxury linens and top quality Bedding.

... If your vacation dates are during 'Season' or Holidays and you plan to rent a pontoon or fishing boat, it may be a good idea to reserve in advance. Lake Fontana and the shore line is primarily Nantahala National Forest, or is part of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, which is Federally owned, so the Lake is never 'Busy', but the few available rental boats do get booked up.

Over 50 acres of Green Space: There are 50 acres of hiking trails just out of the front door. While hiking these trails you will encounter several ponds, the largest is spring fed and is full of fish! There are Bass, Brim, Catfish, and More...

We are so fortunate to have that 50 acres of dedicated green space behind the cabin (that offers a hiking trail that loops around the perimeter, and a good size fishing pond). Things are more quiet in the winter, so it is the perfect time to soak in the hot tub, wrap yourself in one of the plush bathrobes we provide, and cozy up in front of the Fireplace! We recommend calling the mobile spa for in cabin massages. My Husband says he prefers winter time... - How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.
If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
