The historic town of Bruree (3 miles) and Kilmallock (7 miles) and Charleville (5 miles) form an ideal base for touring and offer shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is well endowed with historic remains and golf courses (18-hole at Charleville) and fishing in the River Maigue and Lough Gur. Barbecue and garden furniture.

Inside: Tastefully converted with entrance hall, sitting/dining room with solid fuel stove, kitchen, bathroom with W.C., separate shower and W.C., three bedrooms, one with a double and two with two 3ft singles.
