Coullabus Beag overlooks the RSPB reserve at Loch Gruinart, is disabled and pet friendly and benefits from underfloor, air source eco heating system. Large and airy living room with patio doors onto enclosed garden with feature well, providing water supply which is UV filtered. New for 2017 is the bistro BBQ & seating area. Fully fitted kitchen with all electric cooking equipment. Log burning wood stove to compliment the heating if required. Fuel included. Second bedroom can be a twin bed if required.
