Our cozy and fully furnished apartment in Brufut Gardens has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Gambia. The house is located in a secluded and peaceful area, yet it is close and easy to get to popular Senegambia.

Location:

•5 min walking distance to Coral beach Hotel and Brufut beach

•15 minute drive to Banjul airport

•10 min drive to Senegambia with many restaurants and nightlife

•5 minute drive to turntable roundabout with several grocery stores, exchange bureau, bank and fruits/vegetable market

Full kitchen facilities, cleaning service and security on property all included in rent!

All 3 bedrooms and livingroom:

-have ceiling fans

-doors and windows have mosquito nets.

There is cable TV.

Electricity: is included for average usage (depending on duration of stay). Should electricity finish, guests are responsible to buy cashpower.

Generator: Is available at the house . It supplies electricity if/when there is an electricity outage, which can occur in Gambia. Diesel for generator is full, but when its finished, guests are responsible to buy more, if needed.

WiFi: is installed on a pay per view usage (top up card) at the expense of guests.

Parking: There is a drive in parking for one car on the property (inside the gate). Parking is also available outside the gate (right by the house).

There is a private outdoor space on the property with chairs, tables and umbrella for you to relax and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

Additional information:

Cleaning service and change of bed linens is done once a week

Security is present on property at night 7 pm-7 am

24 hr security at housing complex gate

Laundry service is available for longer vacations ( + 2 weeks).

In the housing complex, you have a small kiosk where you can buy fresh bread daily as well as water and snacks.

what can I say .ive been to gambia 46 times in 9 years.love it so much ,but the reason for this is the family behind this house and other properties in kerr serign.they have ,il never go anywhere else… More

Why can't I call Hawi (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hawi (the owner) a message.

If Hawi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
