Beautiful victorian 2 story period property situated minutes walk from Princes Street on the easterly edge of the world famous New Town.

Extremely spacious with 15 ft ceilings, large bright rooms, 2 floors, period features and stylish interiors.

This is our full time home so all of the interiors have been designed and selected by us for us and we like to think of it as a stylish, comfortable and relaxing space.

The property is extremely spacious with traditional victorian high ceilings and large rooms. It is also spread over 2 floors with bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor for added privacy and space. This means that 4-6 people can live here extremely comfortably with their own space.


The property looks into a beautiful old church building to the front and out over to Edinburgh's historic Calton Hill to the back.

Housed within a traditional Edinburgh Tenemtn, the property comprises of:

Bathroom with bath/shower

We can also provide a blow up bed for 5th & 6th guests if required which can be used within the bedrooms (as there is adequate space) or in the lounge.



The property is located in one of the most sought after streets in Edinburgh. While it's a quiet residential street with parking available, the area offers a village high street style cafe, restaurant and bar culture. People come to the area from all over Edinburgh so it's a real treat to have on your doorstep with enough gift shops, speciality food retailers, cafes, bars and restaurants to keep you entertained for days.

The area has a very village like feel and it's very enjoyable to stroll through the streets and enjoy the architecture and atmosphere of the world famous New Town. There are a lot of walkways and parks and it's very easy to explore on foot.

Beyond Broughton Street is Edinburgh's main City Centre. Princes Street is a 10 minute walk away as are the main Edinburgh Festival and historical attractions of the Pleasance and Old Town making it a perfect base for visitors hoping to sample the festival.

Being so centrally located, it's easy to get to any of the many attractions Scotland has to offer. It's our favourite thing about our home and it's the main reason we think it would make such an excellent home for visitors.

Getting around
Most of the popular attractions in Edinburgh can be reached on foot easily.

The new Edinburgh Tram stops just 2 minutes away from the flat and busses to all visitor attractions are available at the top of the street. For those wishing to travel a bit further afield Waverley Station is a 10 minute walk away offering trains all over Scotland and beyond.
