The villas are located within walking distance of beautiful lake 'Etang Vallier'. You are also close to the outside pool (open June to September). The onsite restaurant of Quai Sud is also only steps away, with the bustling village of Brossac, with shops and other amenities, just a short stroll away... The new Clubhouse Snackbar has great facilities for all the family with a games room and ice-creams a plenty! The indoor pool and squash courts are now open and maybe you could try an Aquagym class or two! Minigolf, wakeboarding, bike hire and an outdoor play area for the kids are also all ready and waiting for you!

This villa's location is sure to please you and your family - you're never far away from beautiful views of the lake and surrounding woodland.

The Pinedes Park at Etang Vallier, Brossac, features approximately 60 villas and mini villas. Every individual house has a garden plot of 650m² to 950m² so there is plenty of space and privacy. The mini villas are about 30 years old. All the comfort cottages have been completely refurbished and redecorated in the last few years and provide a nice level of comfort. Each home is privately owned. In the central park, there is a play area, free and reserved for Pinede park residents. Each comfort cottage at Etang Vallier Pinèdes Park has parking for a minimum of 2 cars. Campers, RVs and tents are not allowed in the park. Roads within the park are essentially one way access to ensure that the passage by any given villa is the same as another.

The park is VERY quiet and restful. The comfort cottages at Etang Vallier Resort feature 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom and well equipped kitchen centred around a large open plan living area with wood burning fireplace. The kitchen features a section of fitted cabinets with plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware provided. There is an oven and gas hob as well as a dishwasher. The washing machine is in the kitchen. The additional small kitchen table is perfect for the little ones or breakfast or provides a bit more work space whilst cooking. You will enjoy the convenience of a toaster, electric kettle, coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.The dining area consists of a large country table- some comfort cottages have 6 chairs, others have country style benches. The kitchen table provides extra chairs if you are at full capacity! You will probably often choose to eat outside on the covered terrace. There is a table and garden chairs provided. In the sitting area, there is a large sideboard, television, and convertible sofa for up to 2 additional overnight guests. The comfort villas have also been fitted with French satellite TV. The wood burning fire place is perfect to fire up in the evening for a cozy off season evening when it may be getting a bit cooler. The bedrooms in the comfort mini villas are set up as a double and a quad. The 1st bedroom features a double bed, cupboard space, night tables and lamps.The 2nd bedroom features 2 sets of single bunk beds (for up to 4 guests each 90cmx200cm), cupboard and night table. At Etang Vallier Resort the comfort cottages also provide nicely renovated shower rooms with tile, sink units and other modern features. The WC is separate. (Please note that you are asked to pay the local tourism tax and your electricity consumption at the end of your stay.
