The Grandview is a 1050 sq ft luxury waterfront cabin perched on a bluff above the lower Mountain Fork River. A river deck leading to a concrete platform with steps makes for easy access to the crystal clear river for swimming, kayaking, or enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
The Grandview comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a queen bedroom and full bath downstairs. Upstairs is another queen bedroom and full bath. An additional 4 guests (for a total of 8) can use the pullout queen sleeper sofa plus the 3 twin air beds stored in the walk-in closet upstairs. It has a full line of amenities including full size appliances and washer/dryer, wi-fi, satellite TV with Netflix and Hulu, and all kitchen essentials plus free coffee!
Relax at the cabin enjoying the indoor gas fireplace (fall and winter months), hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack seating, horseshoe pit, corn hole boards, and charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) or choose to make the quick 15 minute drive into downtown Broken Bow or 20 minute drive to Hochatown where you can enjoy all levels of dining experiences from convenient food trucks, famous pizza and burger joints, to fine dining at one of our signature steak or fish restaurants.
Exciting outdoor adventures are offered in Hochatown including hiking at Beavers Bend State Park, zip lining, kayaking, jet boat rides, duck tours, Jeep and ATV rentals, fishing guides, monster truck rides, boat and jet ski rentals, and golfing at Cedar Creek Golf Course.
Kayaks are available on site for guests to use with a $50 deposit paid the the management company with a credit card after arrival.
Shopping is also a short drive away, where visitors can enjoy antique stores, resell shops, boutiques, and outdoor sporting goods stores. You may also choose to enhance your vacation experience by booking a day spa or making an appointment with a massage therapist to bring the relaxation to you in the privacy of your own cabin! We will gladly provide information for any interest or adventure you wish to enjoy.

Are the cabins on the river?
Yes we are! All of our cabins have river access where you can swim, fish, and kayak.
Can we come earlier than the 3:00 p.m. check in time?
Early check ins must be requested in advance. If at all possible, an earlier check in time will be given. However, if the cabin is booked the night before your arrival, it will be impossible.
Can we leave later than the 11:00 a.m. check out time?
No. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 11 to begin cleaning. If we are able to allow a late check out, we'll be happy to! But prior arrangements must be made.
How do I check in?
Self check in! You will not check into an office. You will receive an email 1 - 2 weeks prior to check in with directions and the door code.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed with a $50 non-refundable pet fee for up to two. More than two will require an additional fee. Cats are not allowed.
What if I have to cancel?
If you make your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of your paid charges will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee.
How far are you from the lake?
We are about a 25 minute drive from Hochatown, Beaver's Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake.
Will firewood be provided for the fire pit?
Yes, we stock firewood for you! Some guests like to bring fire starter to make building a fire easier.
How high will the river be during my stay?
We have no way to predict the water levels. Several factors determine the river level. Summer months are usually at the lowest level.
What do I need to bring?

Where's the closest grocery store?
Pruett's in Broken Bow is the only grocery store in town other than Walmart, which is not a supercenter. The cabins are about 15 minutes from these stores.
Does the kitchen have dishes, pots, and pans?
Yes! The kitchens are fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, everything! However, grab paper plates and plastic cups, forks, and spoons if you don't want to do dishes. We also provide 1 roll of paper towels, several garbage bags, and dish detergent.
Is the grill gas or charcoal?
Charcoal.
Do the cabins have wi-fi?
Yes, we do! The log-in will be posted on the fridge.
Do the TVs have cable?
Yes!
