Description

Chamberlains Cottage has been fully refurbished to an extremely high 5* standard but keeping the ambiance and character of a cottage. It is situated in the village of Brockenhurst,and looks out onto a local green where ponies roam freely. Ideally located with only a ten minute walk to the village, the mainline railway station and the forest with its trails for walking and cycling. The cottage has a lovely large, enclosed garden, with a seating area for al fresco dining. This is a perfect holiday home for all the family.

The accommodation is on two floors. The front door opens onto a hall from which on the right is a fully fitted kitchen providing all the appliances that should be required complete with pretty china and glassware. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room. With access from the kitchen and hall is a separate dining room with large round wooden table and comfortable seating. Across the hallway and overlooking the rear garden is a delightful large sitting

Upstairs are the bedrooms, all of which have very comfortable beds, lovely fabrics and are tastefully decorated. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space in keeping with the style of the cottage. The bathrooms have good quality white sanitary ware in vintage style.. The master bedroom has an en-suite. The family bathroom has a deep free standing bath for a relaxing soak. There is a further double bedroom with large bed which can be separated into two singles on request. The third bedroom has two single beds.
