“Perfection”

Reviewed 9 Jan 2017

I have recently returned from a 2 night stay in the Old Dairy Shepherd's Hut and it was absolutely incredible. It is a perfect place to escape to if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From booking the break to leaving, I have absolutely no complaints. Accomodation was exactly as described and the hot tub was a perfect addition. I haven't stopped raving about the place to friends!!! We will definitely be returning soon!!

“Fantastic mini break”

Reviewed 1 Jan 2017

I couldn't recommend Shepherds Hut enough. We arrived to a really warm welcome and were able to go for a winter walk before the sun went down. It's a short drive to Broadway, which is a gorgeous little village with lots of amenities. The Hut is clean, warm and very inviting. We had our own space, which was fenced off which meant our dogs could have free reign of the little garden. This meant we could enjoy the hot tub and Hut without worrying about what our dogs were getting up to! My husband and I cannot wait to book our next mini-break here!

“Cosy Couple Of Nights!”

The shepherds hut was lovely and cosy and have done brilliantly with the space which is on offer. The best part is of course the Hot Tub which was all ready as soon as we got there! Highly recommend and is very good value! The only con is the hot tub had to much chlorine in and really hurts your eyes when the bubbles are on full power.

Hi Jack Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Really sorry you found the chlorine concentration uncomfortable. We do adhere to strict pH levels in all our hot tubs which are tested regularly so we will investigate as to why you found this.

“Fantastic 4 night stay!”

Reviewed 15 Oct 2016

Me, my boyfriend and our dog stayed in the shepherds hut for 4 nights! The arrival was easy and we were greeted and told that the hot tub and heating were on ready to go and we were to let ourselves in, which suited us perfectly! The hut was all private and was shut off from the rest of the farm. We were told that it was a working farm but was still very peaceful and the two men who were working were always very helpful when passing if we had questions to ask, even though they were busy at work. The shepherds hut has everything provided for you in such a small cozy space, they even have fire pits and BBQ fuel for hire! The hot tub was amazing to have on the holiday as it made it extra special for us. On the farm there were places you could walk and trails they had set out for you in a information pack, they even had Cotswold Way walks which were very scenic and great for the dog. We enjoy eating out a lot and found two brilliant pubs, the fleece inn is defiantly one to visit, the steak there is exceptional! We wish we could have got round a few more places as they all had great character! There was a local shop near but we didn't end up going to it, we went to the big retail park in Evesham which had Morrison's, Frankie and Benny's, McDonald's and a few other large retail stores. I would highly recommend this hut for a holiday to anyone as we had the best stay ever! Couldn't fault the place :) it was everything we could of asked for and more. Will defiantly be returning for another visit hopefully sometime at the start of next year! Thank you for our stay!

“Just perfect”

“The perfect,cozy, relaxing retreat”

Reviewed 2 Aug 2016

We booked the hut for our first wedding anniversary treat and it was perfect! It was in the perfect location, close to Cotswolds towns but still secluded. What a peaceful place with wonderful surroundings. The hut had everything you needed, a cozy bed and the hot tub was a great addition! We will definitely be booking again-a wonderful stay.

“Perfect getaway”

Reviewed 24 Mar 2014

Lovely, quirky little hut with everything you need. My girlfriend and I had an excellent weekend exploring the local villages and walking in the hills. There's a folder with local walks and its located within a short drive from most of the local highlights. Hot tub was good and Jon always on call to offer and assistance. Would highly recommend

“Perfect weekend getaway”

At first was sceptical about the size, but the Shepherd's Hut has everything you need and is perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The hot tub was amazing, be sure to take a dip on a starry night! Would thoroughly recommend to any couples planning a weekend away, the Shepherd's Hut is worth every penny! David (& Sam)
