“Amazing little gem!”

Beautiful cottage! The cottage is so sweet and wonderfully decorated. The owners are brilliant and we had great communication with them. The hot tub is wonderful and a very well used facility. The town of broadway is fantastic with a lot to see and wonderful places to eat. We will definitely be back.

“Amazing!!!!”

The cottage is immaculate, great facilities and gorgeous hot tub! The dog loved the spacious garden. There are lots walks right on the doorstep. My partner and I walked the dog to Childswickam village pub which was lovely! The overall experience was faultless and we will definitely be returning!!

“The best chilled weekend!”

Reviewed 11 Dec 2016

Myself and partner visited the old diary cottage 1 last weekend and loved every minute. It was so relaxed there just what we needed to get away from our busy life at home. The cottage was spotless and the jacuzzi was amazing, a definite bonus. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your kind words, we hope to welcome you back in future.

“Lovely quiet getaway”

Reviewed 13 Oct 2016

We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights after our wedding and absolutely loved it. It was small but cosy and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the big garden and it was close to lots of walks around the Cotswolds, one being right on the doorstep and others no more than a ten minute drive. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, lovely to soak in after a long walk on a cold autumn night! Will hopefully be back soon.

“peaceful getaway”

Reviewed 4 Feb 2014

Me and my wife stayed for her birthday weekend as we wanted a short break away to relax. This is exactly what we got. We stayed in cottage 1 the smaller of the 2 cottages. it was very cosy and private. The hot tub is an added bonus. As it was winter and cold outside we didn't get full use of the lovely garden, so we are planning another visit in the summer with our little girl.

“peaceful and relaxing”

Lovely accommodation. Very clean and tidy. Own secluded garden with a hot tub. What a bonus, We had great weather and visited Gardens and National Trust Houses, which were only a short distance away. Must see - Snowshill. Would love to go back again. There is nothing to dislike about this place, it is an ideal holiday spot.

“AMAZING!!!”

Reviewed 26 Apr 2013

How can anyone complain or leave a bad review about this place? We had an amazing weeks holiday, the cottage is immaculate, spotless, well maintained and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The hot tub is fantastic, the garden is beautiful and huge, the cottage is small, but tidy and well presented, i enjoyed every morning sitting out in the garden with a cup of tea in the sunshine, just listening to the birds singing. The peace and quiet and the local area is idyllic we only saw the owner once, he came to welcome us and say hi on the saturday evening, but who wants people in your face all the time, it was lovely to be left to our own devices and come and go as we pleased. The complimentary tea, coffee and sugar and the small bag of chocolates was a lovely touch. Thank you for a gorgeous holiday. would 100% recommend to friends and family

“Absolutely Beautiful - A Relaxing Weekend Made Perfect”

Reviewed 9 Apr 2013

I would 100% rate The Old Diary Cottages. They were immacutely presented in a gorgeous peaceful location. We stayed in the slightly smaller cottage of the 2 and for my partner and I , I would say there was more than enough space. The hot-tub is a lovely added bonus which we enjoyed on both nights of our stay. The location of the cottages are perfect for that relaxing weekend to get you away from the hussle and bussle of every day life. There are no pubs/places to eat locally so you will have to drive, however it is only a 5 minute drive and the scenary is so beautiful its nice to drive and see it all. The cottages are located on a farm which made it ideal for lovely walks in the country side, just make sure you take wellies ! Jon and family are lovely welcoming people and were ever so easy to approach. Overall I would strongly recommend this break to friends and family.
