“Victoria Parade 5/20 an outstanding opportunity”

Reviewed 11 Jun 2017

Review Broadstairs After some unevenness regarding to booking, initially, Victoria Parade 5/20 turned to be out as an outstanding opportunity: Plenty of room, tasteful furnishing, technically rich equipment, and an exciting see-view. Besides the possibility to use the offered services: And really, when we didn´t succeed in entering the TV-programs, immediately, Tracey asked: “Do you want my help, I could be there within 10 minutes”. And she was there and we had a perfect TV-reception from that moment on. Broadstairs is a lovely place, with typical British houses, wonderful sea side, many bays and marvelous trials along the cliffs. Public transport works well: From the famous double decker buses to discover the surroundings to the high speed trains of South Eastern Railways travelling to towns like Canterbury, Dover, or London. Lets keep in contact. We are intending to come back continuing our courses at Hilderstone College.

Owner's reply: Dear Guenter, thank you for your time in submitting this review. I am dedicated to offering you and all our guests a service and I am pleased that I was able to help you both. We look forward to your return with pleasure.

“Delightful stay at 20 Victoria Parade, Seaview, Broadstairs”

Reviewed 21 Aug 2016

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Broadstairs, where you couldn't get closer to the beach if you tried! The flat was a pleasure to stay in as it was clean, well furnished and equipped and spacious. We all had comfortable nights' sleeps as the beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. My granddaughter really enjoyed herself on the lovely sandy beach making sandcastles and chasing seagulls and there was a variety of food and drinks nearby as well as family golf which was near the flat. We visited the Charles Dickens Museum, which particularly fascinated me due to the expert knowledge of the curator, and we loved Broadstairs in general taking in the history and ambience of the area. We were in easy reach of Margate where we had one afternoon at Turner Contemporary and a walk on the beach ending up at the arcade:-), and another day at Dreamland for my granddaughter. We found there was a variety of things to do and places to visit as well as some nice eating places within good reach of the flat. The only downside could be the flights of stairs for some people. I just about managed to climb the stairs but was ok and it was good exercise! Had I been on my own I could not have managed to carry the luggage up all the flights and so I am not recommending for anyone with physical disabilities or very young children. Our granddaughter was fine as she is 7 and active!

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Victoria Parade and the local amenities. Warm Regards.
