Easy walking distance to the seafront and near the fun and festivities but with easy parking. An apartment, 1 of only 2. On the ground floor and in a very sought after area of central Broadstairs. 10 minutes walk to sea and shops. Within walking distance of the railway station. Access available to the private garden which is not at its full potential but does back onto a park. Outside there is a patio table with 4 chairs.

The historic areas of Bradstowe and Reading Street and tennis courts, tourist hot-spots, parks, beaches, donkeys, horses and alpacas are all within walking distance of this very quiet residential area.

The flat is suitable for those with restricted mobility with the proviso that nearby Crow Hill is most definitely a hill and the shower is above the bath.

At present there are 2 single beds in the bedroom, which may be placed together or apart (please request) and a 4'6" wall-bed in the lounge. The lounge is separate from all other areas of

Broadstairs

Linden Avenue, a residential road of individual bungalows and some 1930s (I think) houses. This road meets Crow Hill at 2 points and this is the way down to Nelson Place and the seafront. At the back of the property is Holmes Park and the highly desired (so clean and nicely manicured!) area known as the Chessboard due to the names of the roads.The area is at the top of the hill and there are sea views. One of the most memorable features of the location is the incredible clarity of the air.
