Spacious 1930's semi detached house on a quiet residential street, only a short distance from Broadstairs' beaches and town centre. Brassey Villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 7, with one double room, one triple room (2 of the single beds can be joined together to form a kingsize), and two children's room, one with a standard single bed, one with a single size high sleeper.
Brassey Villa has ample living space, with a comfortable and cosy family sitting room, with seating for 7, a 42" Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview, and a dining/family room with dining table, sofa, additional TV/DVD player, piano and plenty of family games.
The family bathroom has been recently installed and has a large size shower cubicle and roll top bath. There is also a separate WC and an outside WC for warmer days!
The kitchen is fully equipped for family life, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.

Our south facing garden is a real treat, and perfect for days when you just want to relax at home. Open the double doors from the family room onto the garden and let the sun flood in. We have an 8" trampoline, swings, climbing frame, bikes and plenty of garden toys, with a Weber barbecue for you to use. The garden is very secluded and a perfect place for children to play.
There is off street parking for one car, with plenty of on street parking for additional cars.
This is our family home, and we will be leaving our 2 cats in your care. Please only request to book if you are happy to feed the cats for us while we're away.
From Brassey Avenue, it is only a ten minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Broadstairs, one of England's favourite seaside destinations.
