“Perfect weekend away”

Reviewed 22 May 2017

We had a lovely stay at Rectory Cottage. Perfect location for the beach and town. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 1 toddler and a dog. We really enjoyed ourselves and Beth the owner was really accomodating with the change of dates to our stay.

“Beautiful House, Excellent Location.”

Reviewed 8 May 2017

Perfect location, we arrived, parked the car and didn't use it again until we left. We had breakfast at Wyatt & Jones which is in Harbour Street and was so good we went twice. We also ate at The Tartar Frigate, the fish was amazing. We did the Dickens to Turner walk which started right by the door and was a very pleasant walk to Margate getting the train back. We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend this lovely house.

“Good location and nicely appointed house”

Reviewed 12 Aug 2016

We are regular visitors to Broadstairs and spent a week here in July with family from abroad. The house is conveniently located for the beaches (in particular Stone Bay)and town with a good range of restaurants in easy walking distance. The inside of the house is very attractive and was clean and well appointed. There are a couple of quirks to be aware of. The master bedroom which was beautiful is at the top of the house and the stairs lead straight into it. Downstairs the kitchen and living area is open plan which although very handy does mean that noise from anyone up late does travel up. Also there was no shower curtain in the main bathroom but I think this was because the shower was hand held. Having said all this we would go back

“Wonderful accommodation in a great location for a family holiday”

Reviewed 12 Aug 2013

The service was first class, we received a warm, friendly welcome on our arrival at the accommodation. The cottage was decorated to a very high standard and had everything needed to ensure comfort and relaxation. It is located in a great position for several beaches and shops, restaurants etc., all within walking distance. An ideal location for a fabulous family holiday.
