Broadstairs itself is famed for its beautiful Blue flag-winning sandy bays, and historical links to Turner and Dickens. Nearby Margate is experiencing regeneration and an artistic renaissance, thanks to the arrival of the Turner Contempary Gallery. Further afield, Deal, Sandwich and Canterbury are all an essential part of a visit to the area.
St.Peters in Broadstairs hosts an historic Turner and Dickens walk, and the local church boasts one of the longest churchyards in England. (A guided tour of historic St Peters can be taken). Broadstairs boasts a wealth of fine restaurants and welcoming pubs, too numerous to list here. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage we have several fast food options, a co-op supermarket, a pub, a flower shop, butchers and newsagents. Further down the road, a short drive away, you have the excellent amenities of the Westwood Cross shopping centre, including major supermarkets and retail chains, multiplex cinema, bingo, restaurant chains. Sunny Broadstairs is a fantastic holiday destination. Come and discover the coastal jewel of South East England. For further information on Broadstairs, email us.

"Comfortable, charming and welcoming home from home."
Limetree house is a lovely character cottage fully equipt with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. My family and I settled in almost instantly on arrival, in fact my kids didn't want to leave! Beds comfy, linen nice, lots of towels, lots of kitchen equiptment, welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch. You had the overall feeling that friends had lent you their cottage to stay in, lovely. The property is situated in a pretty part of St Peters and just a short drive (or walk) from local beaches and easy access to Broadstairs centre. It was our first visi to the area and we are sure to be back.
