Apartment Veranda is a two bedroom apartment in the heart of Broadstairs 150m from the beach and 50m to the nearest restaurants. The living room and fully fitted kitchen/diner are on the first floor, with a double bedroom and balcony, twin bedroom and family bathroom on the second floor. The family bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower/wet room. Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV.

The main entrance opens in to the open plan kitchen/dining and living area on the first floor to this apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance which takes you down to the basement sauna, wet room and WC which is perfect for showering the kids down after a hard days play on the beach. In the evening this is a perfect adults relaxation area to unwind in the large sauna with mood lighting when the kids are tucked up in bed. There is an internal stair from the basement to the main living area.

The master bedroom has a veranda with views of Viking bay to the right and Bleak House to the left. The Balcony is equipped with a gas barbeque and a café style table and chairs for 4 for a relaxing drink with sea views.

How do damage deposits work?
