The town centre is only a 5 minute walk away, as is the main train station, and there is FREE parking. It sleeps 12 very comfortably, with each double bedroom having ample room for a cot bed.

This is a four storey house, with a kitchen/diner and bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with it's own side access if needed, and on the first floor is the main kitchen and living room. In total Five bedrooms which consist of 3 spacious doubles and 2 twin rooms (eaves rooms so restricted height in parts) and a sofa bed on the ground floor. The property has 3 bathrooms and an additional cloakroom on the half landing between the 1st and 2nd floors. There is also a 40ft private back garden. This property is also listed as Beach Terrace and Seashore Terrace - but in this instance is rented out as one property.

The Isle of Thanet region

Kent is known as the garden of England for its wonderful hop farms, countryside and orchards. Broadstairs is a jewel in the crown of Kent and is a firm favourite for visitors for its beaches, restaurants and local attractions. it is home to Blue Flag beaches, festivals, and has retained its seaside charm while still offering all the necessary facilities that holidayers need and want. Heritage is preserved here with the Dickens museum, or visit Bleak House for some more Dickensian charm, or take a walk or drive to the neighbouring towns of Margate and Ramsgate with their own individual styles.

Now famous of its The Turner Contemporary, Margate is fast becoming a must go to for not only the gallery but its many distinctive shops in the old town with a host of distinct eateries that should suit most tastes. Sip a coffee looking over the Royal harbour in Ramsgate, a real sight to see and a great place to rest and relax after a long walk or a busy days sightseeing, or to dust off the sand after a day at the beach.

Further afield there are the towns of Canterbury, Folkestone and Rochester, wonderful English Heritage sites such as Walmer, Deal and Dover Castles, with many, many other attractions that you will find it hard to decide what to do.

Broadstairs

Broadstairs has lots to offer, as well as food festivals, folk festivals, a week to celebrate the life and work of Charles Dickens it is also home to a period cinema, a theatre and a host of wonderful restaurants to eat in if you fancy leaving the cooking to someone else. There is mini golf for children and adults alike, the bandstand for most of the year is host to a diverse range of musical treats, and a children's centre for those rainy or too hot days, there is plenty for families. For those on a child-free holiday, head for the many bars and eateries whatever your taste, plus select from live music, theatre, film or enjoy a quiet drink overlooking the bay - Broadstairs caters for all your needs.

If you fancy day trips there is lots to see and do, and with London only one hour and 20 minutes away - you can easily do a days sightseeing and hitting the West End.
