Silvers 1 is based in Broadstairs in a small modern development. It has a garden with benches for out door dining. There is a lounge area with flat-screen TV. On the ground floor there are 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. There is also a ground floor utility room with a toilet and shower, the ground floor bedrooms and shower are great for families. The first floor has 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, there is also a family bathroom with shower above the bath.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to enable meals to be prepared and served for the whole family. The is a breakfast bar which seats up to 6 people for dining.

The house is ideally placed for exploring the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate and all the other attractions of the region. If you like the outdoor life we have fitted bike racks and have trailer/jetski security to the front of the property.

We have six large properties with six bedrooms and a cot can be provided

Our property is located in Broadstairs on the Kent coast. The house is ideally placed for exploring the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate and all the other attractions of the region.

The local area offers everything for a perfect break: cycle the Viking Trail, play golf on championship courses, relax on one of the seven Blue-Flag Award sandy beaches or wander the coastal paths.

In the evenings why not enjoy the cafe culture and the varied night life?

“Home away from home !”

The Silvers is a fantastic accommodation with absolultely everything you need at your fingertips. The extra touches really did make it a home away from home. Everything was in close proximity and the bus stop was literally on the doorstep. The only thing I can fault are the seagulls. They did get you up pretty early in the morning (4- 5am) and were incredibly noisy but saying that I'd probably still go back there !

Thanks for the positive feedback. Unfortunately we had a seagull nest on the roof. It is the first time they have decided to use it. The company we commissioned to remove it could not as it contained eggs. We will be installing anti bird spikes on the roof to stop them nesting next year.
