Sunshine Villa is a large Victorian house that has been lovingly restored to a high standard. Two reception rooms, dining room for 8 and a fully fitted, modern kitchen create a spacious, airy home which is ideal for large groups or families on holiday who need space by the sea. We use hotel bed linen - beautiful white linen and fluffy white towels.We are located up a quiet side street a short stroll from the beach. Plus we have parking which is hard to find in Broadstairs.
The South facing Morroccan themed courtyard with barbeque and seating is a tranquil place to relax after a day on the beach.

Each bedroom is carefully decorated to create a relaxing environment for our guests - 2 bathrooms and a separate WC is ideal for large groups.
There is a 'play room' for children which includes, TV and a box of fun dressing up clothes, lots of books and games.
Internet wifi has just been installed for business and pleasure.
Golf is only a putt away at the North Foreland golf course or mini golf is 5 minutes away. Great coastal bike and walking trails. Sailing clubs. There's something for everyone in Broadstairs - old or young. Our pictures say it all !
The long awaited Turner Contemporay is now open and its only 5mins away on the train from Broadstairs to Margate. Why not go for a stroll around Margate Old town afterwards. Dreamland is a great day or evening out

“Lovely house,great location”
Had a great stay at Sunshine Villa. The house was very spacious for a party of 8 people & was very clean & comfortable. Location ideal, just 2 minutes to Broadstairs main street. Will definitely return.
“Lovely house for a family friendly stay”
Sunshine Villa in Broadstairs is a perfect place for a family get together. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone. There is a playroom for children, books and local information for the adults. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, good cooker and plenty of pots and pans. Broadstairs itself is lovely with a great beach three minutes walk away and a charming old fashioned feel. The fish and chip shop at the end of the road is recommended!
“Gorgeous Victorian house”
Myself and my family stayed here for Christmas week, the reason I booked sunshine villa was the excellent location , and we really couldn’t of been in a better position for walking every day around lovely Viking bay . The house itself is a proper family home with lots of charm and is very warm and welcoming. Lovely airy, bright bedrooms with good quality mattresses and bedding . We parked one car on the drive and were lucky enough to park another on the road, we didn’t think the car park was too badly priced at £5 a day if we needed it. We barely drove all week which was lovely as we managed to shop locally , all our Christmas meat came from the local butchers on the corner and it was fabulous. The house is comfy, cosy and very well appointed with lots of space for adults and kids alike. Plenty of utensils and decent pots and pans, which would of been a nightmare for me cooking Christmas dinner if the standard was poor . Thank you Janette for the use of your gorgeous home, we loved it and even the dog has been sad since we got home ( he loved the house too ). We can’t wait to return to sunshine villa another time.

“'Super place to stay'..... unanimously agreed”
The oldies loved the space and opportunity of distancing fron early morning rowdiness. The youngsters loved the play space, puzzles and lounging floor sofas and the ones-in-between loved all the thoughtful, child oriented extras. Everyone loved the comfy beds, crisp white linens and proximity to the beach and town A well thought out and welcoming holiday home which is highly recommended by us all

“Excellent location, spacious and well equipped house”
6 of us stayed for our annual get together at the end of November - and yes the weather was rather bracing, but the cosy house with a bathroom and a shower room meant we stayed nice and snug! Rooms are well kept and plenty of space for 6 30-something adults as we were and a good table in the kitchen that meant those delegated with cooking were kept company - in fact we spent more time playing games at the table than we did sat in the equally comfy living room. There is wifi throughout the house which is great as mobile signal is poor. Some nice pubs and restaurants in Broadstairs. We walked to Margate along the coast one day and to Ramsgate the second and then also had a potter in Broadstairs including a trip to the penny arcade! The beach is just a couple of minutes walkaway. Would definitely recommend a visit! Jannette is quick to respond and helpful with recommendations and top tips.

Great house over three floors so lots of space for all of us. Our grandaughter loved the playroom with lots of books and toys to amuse her. Free parking plus easy access to all amenities. The booking was easy and Janette was very prompt in answering emails and answering queries.

“Absolutely wonderful place to stay”
Us working Mums need a break sometimes away from the husbands, kids and routine. Six of us were lucky enough to escape to Sunshine Villa for a weekend in June and it was the prefect break. The house itself is very spacious, airy as well as beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything you could possibly want or need was provided in this home-from-home, including comfortable beds, plenty of seating in the lounge and a big enough dining table to seat everyone. All was immaculate, from bed linen to very clean rooms to fluffy bath towels. The little touches like leaving us milk and bread made us feel so welcomed. On the verge of putting down roots in the house as we felt so comfortable, we made the effort to go out and about. At this point we realised what a perfect location Sunshine Villa is in. The beautiful sandy Broadstairs beach was just a five minute walk away as were the shops and a wide array of restaurants. The town is small and quaint - the way traditional British Seaside towns should be. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming in all communication and couldn't do enough to help. We would definitely like to return and would recommend it to anyone in a larger group wanting a seaside break.

“Everything we had hoped for, and more”
Sunshine Villa proved to be ideal for us - 2 couples, a 4yr old and a 2yr old. It is amazingly close to the beach, so no trouble walking with both children after a day' s hard play. The villa had everything we could wish for, a real home from home. Towels and bedding were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone indoors, and the children enjoyed the playroom. We have already booked for next year!

“A homely, family house in a lovely location”
We stayed in this house with grandparents, 2 babies a 4 year old and a 6 year old and it was perfect for us all. The location was great, the space was great and the price was great. Would highly recommend and would book to stay there again
“An ideal venue for hardworking working Mums to escape for a weekend break”
Sunshine Villa is comfortable , well located , well equipped and an ideal holiday accommodation for either a group of friends ( as we were ) or a family. On arrival the Villa was spotlessly clean with lovely fluffy towels and crisp , white bed linen. The butter , milk and bread that was already there when we arrived was a nice touch. There was parking on the drive for one car only but we found free parking for the other cars in nearby roads which was a real bonus. The house is very well located , a short walk from the seafront and a wide array of restaurants and bars. We were blessed with beautiful weather as well. We were six mums who work hard and have an annual getaway together to recharge our batteries , catch up on all the news and share a bottle ( or Several ) of wine. We all loved Sunshine Villa and would return again or recommend it to others . Thank You Janette !
