Ideal holiday home for families and the elderly sleeping 4-5 comfortably. Own flint-walled garden and private gated driveway to park your car. No expensive parking to pay. Golf is only a putt away at the North Foreland golf course. Great coastal bike and walking trails.Sailing clubs. Theres something for everyone in Broadstairs, come and enjoy this hidden gem. We are very proud to have been awarded a certificate of excellence by Trip Advisor for our top ratings from our guests, Our guests return year after year so book early to avoid disappointment. The long awaited Turner Contemporay is now open and its only 5mins away on the train from Broadstairs to Margate. Why not go for a stroll around Margate Old town afterwards, with its retro and niché boutiques, galleries, cafés, bars and restaurants. Dreamland is now open a great family day out. “Great house and location”

We stayed here for a long weekend - the house is in a great location and the private parking is a real bonus. Communication in advance and during our stay was fantastic. Highly recommended

This comfy warm cottage is central to all famous historical towns and seaside resorts in the Kent County. Facilities within the Cottage was like a home from home. Very clean and comfortable. Captain Digby's, Botany Bay Hotel and the Toby at the nearby Westwood Shopping Centre serve delicious food. The Beach at Broadstairs is within 5 minutes walking time which my dog thoroughly enjoyed this time of year. We will stay here again.

“A Broadstairs Gem”

This was an ideal stay for us. With our little boy and two doggies plus Brother and friends dropping in. Everything was spotless but The Boathouse has such a cosy feel to it too which just seems to instantly relax you. Good frontage to the Boathouse and an enclosed garden at the back which with two small doggies is a real bonus. A place to park your car which is fab if one of your party has limited mobility which one of our family does have. Location Location Location! Lovely spot - near the beach, amenities, walks, shops.....the lot. The owner has also been very thoughtful in the toys for children - all lovely and clean plus good vids and books and games for the grownups. A really lovely spot. A little gem in Broadstairs crown - a town which has so much to offer too. We will cerainly go again and would recommend the Boathouse to anyone.

Fabulous stay, just what we wanted. The location is great, just off the high st, stones throw from beach. Comfortable , clean, well furnished. Spacious and ideal for 4-5 people. Cosy feel, nicely decorated. Parking great benefit.

From the moment we arrived at the Boat House we knew we had chosen well for our stay. Everthing we could possibly want was there. Towels were also provided, there was a lovely fresh loaf of bread and milk waiting on arrival. Heating is hardly needed but when it is the whole bungalow is hot in minutes. There was a lovely gated drive at the back. I have never stayed here before but most certainly will again and the communication with the owners was excellent. I highly recommend this lovely Boat House.

This Bungalow is lovely and very homely, with off street parking. It's situation is ideal for getting around the Thanet area and is easy walking distance to all that Broadstairs has to offer. We had a great holiday and would recommend it to anyone wishing to spend time in the area.

“Fantastic cottage in perfect beach location”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the boathouse. The place was immaculate. Extremely well positioned for the beach, which was a 5 min walk. Morelli's ice cream parlour just around the corner. Cottage was very child friendly, a cot, high chair and buggy all provided, along with DVDs and some toys. Janette was easy to contact throughout booking, replying immediately to all messages. Will be staying here again!!!!

This is a great little bungalow by the sea! Perfect location for a weekend in Broadstairs. The place was so clean and had everything you would need for a weekend stay! The only thing I would say is this place is not great for 5 people. The z bed is a small very old camp bed with a very thin mattress which we actually didn't use and made up the setee instead. I would suggest this would only be ideal for 4 people.

We had a great holiday. the Boathouse was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Located very near Viking Beach, and a bus service along the coast, there is a convenience store just round the corner, and butchers, bakers, fruit shops and a Tesco within walking distance, and also restaurants, coffee shops and ice-cream parlours, though the street itself was quiet. There are a couple of reasonably private outside seating areas.
