Ground Floor - Lounge / Dining Room and Kitchen - access to rear private garden. Downstairs loo.
First Floor - Master bedroom (with balcony), bunk room and bathroom / loo.
Second Floor - Double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room / loo.

“Wonderful house!”

We had a fabulous few days in Broadstairs. The house is beautiful and incredibly stylish at the same time as being calm and welcoming. It is well equipped and so comfortable! As it's literally only 3 minutes from the sea, the location couldn't be better. The owner was extremely helpful and made the trip very easy to organise. Just brilliant.

“Great Property for multi generational holiday”

This was our second visit to this property and this time our sons and their families joined us. The weather wasn't great but we were able to get the little ones on the beach in minutes when the sun did shine due to the very convenient location. Everything is in walking distance including, shops, restaurants and other seaside attractions. The property is well maintained and well equipped with a small, safe garden and sea views from some of the upstairs windows. The owner made booking a very easy and pleasant experience - we would definitely stay again.

House is comfortable in a quiet road 5 - 10 minutes walk from Viking Bay, Stone Bay and the High Street. The beaches are sandy and child friendly especially Viking Bay. There are many places to eat in the town centre and Westwood Shopping Centre is 10 minutes drive. Broadstairs is a pleasant seaside town and in my view as good as any on the Kent coast. Although the paths and steps to the beach are steep in places, it is reasonably accessible. The grandchildren enjoyed their holiday.

Stayed in Broadstairs with the Grandparents, two parents and a toddler. Great that the house was on a few levels so those who wanted to sleep in the morning were not disturbed by the toddler doing jigsaws downstairs. When we walked in the sun was shining and the decor of the house just makes you feel like you're on holiday! The weather is dryer over this side of the UK and we had a beautiful week on Stone bay (visible from the house) exploring rockpools and on Viking Bay which is traditional and lovely. The pubs in Broadstairs were great.....as was the ice cream and fish and chips. All a toddler could ever want - digging on the beaches then playing in the house's ample garden with the Grandparents while the parents sipped coffee on the balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Perfect. So much to explore in the area....may well return. Do take a cool bag to take home lovely produce from the local butchers.

We stayed the second time in this wonderful accomodation - very tidy and comfortable - the house is a real home from home for us and our 3 sons. The contact to the owners was without any problems, the meet and greet fantastic. We can say that we will certainly return to Broadstairs and will then stay again in this house. The area is quiet but only a few steps away you are in the town and can enjoy lots of restaurants and amusements. GREAT!!!

How do damage deposits work?
