Beautifully appointed & very well equipped, this spacious self catering cottage & former croft house lies on the south western tip of Scalpay perfect for nature enthousiasts or those wanting something very different.

Accessed by private boat included in the rental, this holiday cottage on Scalpay which lies between Skye & the mainland & is only a short boat ride from Skye approx. 20 minutes

With its own private beach, otters are frequently seen at play. Rock-pools & fossil hunting will keep you & children busy for hours & birds of all sorts, including eagles, are everywhere to be seen.

Fantastic & ever changing views toward the Isle of Skye Bridge, The Crowlin Islands & Applecrss & beyond, can be seen from almost all the rooms.

The Isle of Scalpay is a haven! An un-spoilt, rural paradise with 6000 acres to roam perfect for hill walking. It also offers fresh water trout fishing in the lochs; sea fishing for mackerel and boat excursions.

Children & adults alike love the sense of adventure coming on the boat, the space & the freedom to explore this unique island. It has no cars,no pubs no shops & if you want no wifi! You will save money here as there is nothing to buy!

No need for anything other than to enjoy seclusion, peace, tranquility & be at one with nature
