A spacious three storey Victorian family holiday home with five en-suite bedrooms. The whole family can enjoy the spectacular views, easy comfort and great location of this former luxury guest house. The property has 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 face the front and have sea views. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and tea/coffee making facilities.

This large Victorian property benefits from generous room sizes, high ceilings and is set over 3 floors and briefly consists of:

Ground Floor -

Double size lounge, dining room, kitchen / pantry and W/C.

First floor -

Shrek room - single en-suite bedroom, Bay room - double en-suite bedroom, Studio room - Super King/Twin ensuite bedroom, Rock room double en-suite bedroom.

Top floor -

Master suite, king size bedroom leading to large dressing room with single Z bed & built in wardrobes. Large shower room with W/C.

Outside -

Small balcony at front with bench seating overlooking Brixham Marina. A small paved area at side/rear with planting.

This charming property is furnished and decorated in a bright modern style and top quality furniture, beds and bedding are used throughout. The great location on Berry Head Road could not be better situated for easy access to the popular Breakwater Beach and Breakwater Bistro opposite. A short stroll to the right will take you to Shoalstone outdoor pool and lido (free entry - May to September only) A further 15 minutes walk to the right and you are at the famous Berry Head nature reserve with its panoramic views over Lyme Bay, and its lovely visitor centre & cafe.

A 15 minute amble to your left along the coastal path takes you to the centre of Brixham with its myriad selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. From Easter to the end of October regular ferry services operate from Brixham Harbour to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth.

Parking - there is space immediately outside the property for loading / unloading - maximum 15 minutes. Two permits for Brixham Marina multi storey car park are provided. This safe and secure car park is located 2 minutes walk away.

This property is suitable for a large family or maybe 2 families or a group of friends. Strictly no stags, same *** groups or groups with an average age below 26. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year except the last May Bank Holiday and the 5 peak summer weeks when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £250 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.

PLEASE NOTE - there are 18 steep steps from the pavement to the entrance door - therefore Penny Steps is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
