A unique and quirky triangular shaped detached cottage in its own grounds, Cliff Cottage has that undeniable WOW factor. The new owners have totally refurbished the property during 2012 including new windows, heating system, shower room, carpets, beds, soft furnishings and a complete re-decoration.
This surprisingly spacious cottage has been built to make the most of its detached plot of land and the stunning views it enjoys over the harbour and coastline. It is conveniently situated just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and town centre.
The cottage benefits from a balcony off the living area at the front of the property which makes an ideal place to sit and watch the boats go by. Both bedrooms also have spectacular sea views. There is also a small lawned garden that surrounds the property with furniture and views across the harbour and an outbuilding for storage.
Please note: The vehicle access for unloading is approximately 30 metres from the entrance to the property.

The English Riviera region
Why is Devon one of the most popular holiday destinations in the UK? - Wonderful coast and countryside, mild year round climate, abundance of fresh locally produced food and drink, clean air, friendly locals, cream teas and countless activities for young and old alike. That's just a few reasons why!
What ever your age or interest there is an amazing variety of things to see and do in and around Brixham. Kids love to explore the local rock pools, play on the beaches, swim in the clear waters, catch crabs from the harbour side and dress as pirates on Pirate Thursdsays. There are lovely coastal walks, fishing, sailing, diving, swimming, coasteering round Berry Head (for the adventurous) and a host of other maritime pursuits. Land lubbers can enjoy visiting Agatha Christies home at Greenway or other National Trust properties such as Coleton Fishacre or simply enjoying a beer or cup of tea from a favourite harbour side pub, cafe or restaurant.
