This wonderful detached house with WIFI is in a gated development has it's own fully enclosed private garden and deck. There are three on-site tennis courts, a football pitch and a club house with table tennis. Brittas Bay Park itself is a 500m walk from Brittas Bay Beach - a Blue Flag 5km beach with lovely dunes and stunning walks. The house is also perfectly positioned within easy reach of many of Ireland's renowned golf courses including The European Club (2 km), Druids Glen (15km), Blainroe Golf Club (5km), Woodenbridge (8 km). There is a full time caretaker on site. . It is only 1 hour's drive from Dublin city centre.. Many visitors use Brittas Bay as the perfect base to tour the whole of the Sunny South East of Ireland. Small pets are welcome. This house is suitable for families. The garden has a grass area to play on, in addition to a lovely deck which wraps around the south and west of the house. The back garden is fully enclosed making it ideal for small children and /or pets. During the summer months the park is vibrant and busy and a great location for children to go out and make new friends on the tennis courts or playing out on the roads. Many families return each year due to the friends that their children make.r The beach is magnificent and provides hours of fun. There are beautiful dunes to play in and the beach is a blue flag beach. In the winter, the park is quieter and ideal for golf, walking or just restful breaks.Part of a development of 50 detached houses, most of which are owner occupied during the holiday season. Brittas Bay Park itself is 800m from Brittas Bay Beach - a fantastic 5 km. stretch of sand dunes and beaches, which has won a European Union Blue Flag award for five consecutive years. This is a really beautiful unspoilt beach which you can walk from one end to the other. On windy days you can shelter in the dunes. On other days you can dip your toes in the water! The family will spend hours on this beach swimming, digging and exploring!
Brittas Bay is also close to a number of small accessible coves between the coast of Wicklow and Arklow (approx 10-20 mins by car).
There are two local town - Wicklow and Arklow which have supermarkets, shops, swimming pools, cinemas and bowling centres.

This house is very accessible located approximately 2 km off the main Dublin - Wexford road (N-11). It is approximately 1 hour from Dublin port and 45 minutes from Dun Laoghaire, and 90 minutes from Rosslare Europort.
It is a 5 minute drive to the local shop for basic groceries and for petrol. There are 2 local pubs (with restaurants) within a 5 minute drive. Wicklow, a large town with lovely cafes, boutiques and shops is 12km away. Arklow, another large town is 15km (see below for more info).
Nearby are a few horse riding centres which offer lessons for adults and children including
Bel Air Riding School, Brennanstown Riding School, Devil's Glen Riding School & Macreddin Riding School.
Within a 30 minute drive there is Glenroe Open Farm and Playground, Greenan Farm Museum and Maze and the Clara Lara Water Fun Park - all a fantastic day out for the children.
Within the main towns of Wicklow and Arklow there are tourist centres, banks, restaurants, pubs etc. Arklow has a 24 hour Tesco, plus Aldi, Lidl etc and a fantastic new shopping centre with multiplex cinemas also opened in Arklow about 4 months ago. Within a 30 minute drive there is a trout farm.
Finally, this is an ideal location for anyone who enjoys hill walking or forest walks. The Wicklow Way is one of Europe's most beautiful way marked trails and the Wicklow Mountains and many forests are within an easy drive of the house.

"Great time had by all"
We stayed for a week in July weather was fantastic 5 minutes stroll to Brittas Bay Beach which is a beautiful white sandy beach. House itself sleeps 8 there was 6 of us plenty of room nice decor nice decking area outside with 2 charcoal barbecues we had barbecues almost every night nice garden set up badminton net. The house is in an electronic gated complex ideal for kids as there is a football pitch and 3 tennis courts which are free to residents also a games room with table tennis and football table. Nearest shop was about 3 kilometres all in all good holiday had by all would recommend
