An extremely pleasant and privately owned new apartment, literally four minutes walk from Cabot Circus, Bristol's flagship £500 million leisure and shopping development.

Excellent value. Reduction for full week or more.

Very close to the City Centre and yet amazingly within a quiet setting surrounded my modern buildings.

The apartment is on the first floor of a totally modern, small and tasteful apartment block (only six other apartments) and is accessed through a secure communal entrance.There is an adjoining car park which is exclusive to apartment owners, although not always available.

Spacious and well set out, the apartment benefits from a comprehensively equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom (shower over bath) and WC. Quality fittings. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy in the knowledge that so many amenities are on the doorstep.

Essentially this is an apartment for two although a comfortable inflatable double bed makes it also suitable for an extra person or a couple with a young child.

It is light, airy and very comfortable.

Such a good alternative to and much more competitively priced than a hotel. As an example, The nearby Holiday Inn advertises from just over £100.00 a night but in reality charges well in excess of this for room only! For a room at The Holiday Inn which is half the size of this apartment it is £140.00! The apartment of course has more freedom and flexibility over what you do & when. All the privacy you want.

This apartment can offer you exactly what you need, with the security of a home, the practicality of a central location, and modern comforts.

For stays of four nights or more at the advertised rate, a complimentary welcome starter pack of basic food items - milk, juice, tea, coffee, fruit, wine and fresh flowers etc will await guests on their arrival.

For those guests who are taking short breaks of just a night or two, a similar complimentary welcome starter pack can be made available at an additional cost of £15.00.

As well as adjoining parking for three vehicles (slightly hit and miss as they serve six apartments), there is on street meter parking, and Cabot Circus - just a few minutes walk - has secure, state of the art well lit overnight fully covered parking for a very modest fee - just £2.50 between 6.00 pm and 6.00 am!!. There is now also guaranteed private parking in a secure compound two minutes away at a cost of £10.00 per 24 hour period or part thereof.

The building is currently being extended at the front to allow for four more apartments.

Check in is after 2.00 p.m. and check out by 11.00 at latest. According to the level of bookings there could be flexibility with times of arrival and departure, something which doesn't often feature elsewhere!

Come and enjoy this wonderful city - a short refreshing break here might do you the world of good at this time of year!

Incidentally, Bath is only an easy 12 minute train ride away!

Indeed in recent years it has become increasingly easy and popular to travel around to key parts of the City by boat. There is even a boat connection in close proximity to the main Bristol Temple Meads Rail Station.

There is rarely a weekend when there is not a Festival, celebration, big-name concert or sporting event! Those coming up include The well acclaimed Kite Festival, Bristol Half Marathon, Fashion Week and the well established German Christmas Market. The list is endless!

Last but far from least - the first in some people's plans - Bristol is renowned for its nightlife and restaurants to suit all tastes!

“Excellent apartment in a great location”

Robert was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable in the apartment. Located literally a 60 second walk from Cabot Circus, the apartment was in a fantastic location. It was perfect for my girlfriend and I, who were exploring Bristol for the first time. The apartment is very generously sized and felt very homely. I would fully recommend it to anyway looking to stay in Bristol.

“An absolute gem in Bristol”

My husband and I stayed in this flat for 9 days and we couldn't find fault with it. The flat was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Even a laundry hamper was provided! The owner, Robert, was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than 2 pm as our flight from Heathrow arrived early morning. Flowers, fruits, wine, juice, milk, tea, coffee and even shortbread and Jaffa cakes greeted us on arrival. We had no difficulty going around Bristol as the main shopping center was just a couple of minutes walk from the flat. Bus stops were nearby and the bus and coach station was also only a short walk away. Very handy if one wanted to visit Cardiff, Bath, etc. I would definitely recommend this flat and will surely come back for more stays.

“little attention to detail makes for a disappointing stay”

The flat has plenty of potential. It's a decent enough size, in a quite central location (very close to Cabots Circus). The owner seems very nice when i spoke to him to arrange some of the details. We have a baby, and a cot/play pen was provided for our use. However, we felt that there are a number of easily fixable things which would have improved our stay and feeling about the flat. When we visited, 2 of the 6 dining chairs had broken seats (coming off their bases). I reported this to the owner, and to be fair to him he asked if that was ok to leave it, the chairs were broken by a previous visitor. Now that we'd identified which of them were broken, it was ok to leave them - but I would dread to think what would have happened if it was my elderly grandmother (who we were partly visiting Bristol for) had been the one to try them. The kitchen was clean and large enough, and we were kindly left some milk and biscuits, but we felt that the kitchen needed a number of extra bits to make it a properly functional kitchen. For starters, it had an oven but no oven gloves (my wife used a tea towel, but still ended up burning herself), it had no vegetable peeler, no chopping knife (we bought ourselves one), no beer bottle opener, no grater, the dishwasher was crying out for dishwasher salt but there was none to put in. There was not very much cutlery and crockery, and this kind of negated the point of the dishwasher in my mind. The bed seemed smaller than most rentals and hotels I've stayed in. It was also very soft, which ended up giving us both bad backs. Oh, and there was a wooden doorstop to the bedroom, which didn't stop the door. I think it needs one of those rubbery ones. The TV was functional, but quite small. The parking situation was odd. there was space for 3 cars outside in a kind of driveway - but you'd have to move it for the neighbour if they wanted to get out. The owner offered us a car park nearby for a fee, which was fine but a little less than ideal. Also the details about the house differed to those sent to us in that the details we found there stated if had no wifi. we had to dig out to find the details we'd printed at home to find that it indeed does have wifi (and to get the code) All in all, nothing majorly wrong with the place, i just think with a bit more attention to detail this could be a great flat.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious and in that context guests are constantly surprised. Such an refreshing improvement on the average hotel room which can be so claustrophobic in comparison. The apartment is designed primarily with two guests in mind. Notwithstanding that, and because of its size, the dining table can seat six! Together with a most generously sized and fully equipped modern kitchen, a more than adequate supply of crockery, glasses and cutlery allows, somewhat uniquely, guests to entertain if they so wish. The double bed is standard size with quality Slumberland mattress and extremely comfortable duvet and bed linen, always impeccably fresh and clean. The owner realises how important it is for discerning guests to feel at home and get a good night’s sleep. This is a wonderful town centre location, incredibly near to Cabot Circus, Bristol’s flagship and upmarket retail and leisure centre, and yet so quiet. Parking is at a premium as in any city centre location but there is provision for three cars in the off road parking facility alongside the apartments – as clearly explained on this profile, and again in the notes which accompany the booking confirmation, this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on occupancy of the six apartments which it serves. However, for peace of mind, those guests who arrive in their own transport can park their vehicles in a very pleasant and secure compound two minutes level walk away for an extra fee of £10.00 for twenty four hours. Fully comprehensive notes on the apartment are sent to guests in advance of their visit. Copies are also in the apartment. There is a full wi-fi facility and it is provided totally free of charge. All in all, this apartment provides a wonderful opportunity for guests to enjoy quality accommodation at a most affordable price and is such close proximity to one of the great cities of the UK! For guests who stay in excess of three nights the owner provides a welcome pack which includes wine, juice, milk, biscuits and confectionery to complement starter supplies of tea and coffee already awaiting them.

Very welcoming! Robert was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, would recommend. The Centre of Bristol with all amenities , restaurants, pubs, brilliant shopping all so very close to hand. The Dockside area, Cathedral and other places of interest all within easy walking distance, we had a very pleasant first time stay in Bristol.
