Our beautiful Grade 1 Listed Regency home is located a stone’s throw from Hove Lawns and the sea. You will not find a better place to stay in Brighton!

We pride ourselves in offering a great stay and are proud of our reviews.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our home is over two and a half floors so may not suit elderly or infirm guests.

Please also be aware our beloved house cat, Minx, will also be staying at the property with you so we can only accept enquiries from genuine cat lovers!

The first floor of the apartment boasts 14’ high ceilings, full-height traditional sash windows, wonderfully restored cornice and a wealth of original features including stained glass, wooden floors and a marble fireplace. The apartment is flooded with natural light and gives beautiful views over Brunswick Square Garden and Brighton Beach. In the summer the sun blasts in, giving a gorgeous glow of the Regency properties on the opposite side of the square.

There is a Bluthner upright piano for budding pianists to use.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom One (master bedroom)

This stunning room is light and airy and full of antique French furniture. The bed is very comfortable and night blinds, along with beautiful sash curtains, allow for a perfect sleeping environment.

Bedroom Two

This bedroom is also at the front of the property, and sleeps two adults in a king size bed. The room has a large sash window allowing a lot of sunshine in, together with beautiful views of the square. There is a fitted wardrobe, part of which will be made available for your use during your stay and a wonderful Regency feature wall that was uncovered during our renovations.

Bedroom Three

This good-sized bedroom, refurbished in Farrow and Ball, has an extremely comfortable double bed as well as private tea/coffee making facilities. The room is set at the rear of the property and is very quiet & cosy.

PLEASE NOTE: if you have additional guests, please message us as blow-up beds are a potential option (for an additional fee).

The master bathroom is on the 2nd floor and contains a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Wet room

On the 1st landing there is a newly renovated wet room, consisting of a shower, toilet and sink.

W/C

There is an additional toilet on the 1st floor close to the living space.

Kitchen

The galley kitchen is small but well equipped with all you should need, from plates, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, however it should be noted there is no dishwasher at the moment.

Lovely characterful apartment with lots of space to chill. The location was perfect for easy accesss to walks along the front and plenty of bars and restaurants within an easy stroll.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kate (the owner) a message.

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
