Ovingdean is located just 5 minutes drive from Brighton Marina and 10 to 15 minutes from Brighton City Centre via the coastal A259

The house is located 5 to 10 minutes walk from Ovingdean beach ( accessed via a subway and several flights of steps down to the beach & Seafront. There's a cafe which sells Teas coffees ices and cakes. This is an ideal family beach.

Buses run every 5 to 10 minutes along the A259 coast road into Brighton and 3 times a day from Ovingdean Bus top at the top of the road 3 mins walk away. Taxis cost between £8 & £15 to the Marina & central Brighton ( 8 seater taxis available on request.
