This ground floor one bedroom flat is in a perfect location close to the beach and a short walk into central Brighton. Ideal for a small family, or if you are here visiting friends or on a business trip.

A large living room with a sofa bed enables you to sleep up to four adults plus one baby (travel cot and high chair can be supplied but please bring your own cot sheets) and a small garden with a decked area provides you with the outdoor space to relax in.

If you are looking for location this is it! Waterloo Street is literally minutes from the beach and also a short walking distance to the centre of Brighton.

You will also be close to all business and conference amenities.

DÉCOR and ROOMS

The apartment has one double bedroom, a bathroom with a combined bath and shower, a good galley kitchen fully equipped to meet all your needs during the stay. The owners very much enjoy their coffee and has a Nespresso machine with milk frother available for you to use. Please note that the coffee pods are not supplied so feel free to bring your own pods with you. Finally, the living room is a good size and has a sofa bed which will accommodate another two guests (linen/towels also included). There is a TV, DVD player and a few board games. The owners have kindly installed BT TV which includes BT Sports.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

HOUSE RULES

Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out there maybe a change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible.

Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.

We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

Waterloo Street is in the popular area of Brunswick. Originally the Regency squares and crescents on the waterfront were for the privileged and Waterloo Street is no exception with a great community and some hidden gems of pubs, restaurants and The Old Market has some great shows and entertainment.

Getting around

You don't really need a car as you can walk everywhere from the property. There are good bus links and the train station is a 15 minute walk should you want to visit London or other destinations.

Interaction with guest

We are happy to welcome you upon arrival to give you keys and show you around. During your stay we will be available should an issue arise. The location of this property is fantastic and you can easily walk to the seafront or Churchill Square (the main shopping area) within minutes.

“Very comfortable apartment”

This is a really nice apartment. It is clean and well presented. The bed linen and the towels were spotless and good quality. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. The sofa bed is very easy to put up and very comfortable. The location is ideal, a short walk to the sea and the shops. A Co-Op store is just up the road and a Waitrose a little further along. I recommend Bankers, the best fish and chips ever. I will definitely be going back. Reny was really helpful about collecting the keys.
