Recently bought and renovated by a family that fell in love with the charms of the city and wanted a base for their visits. The renovation is of a very high standard and designed with unique flare. DÉCOR and ROOMS

The ground floor of the property provides an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area, downstairs bathroom, and a small outdoor patio area. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

The three bedrooms consist of one master, one double and a twin.

With just a 5 minute walk away from the train station and a 15 minute stroll to the beach and the pier, you really are in the heart of the city. The North Laines is thought of as the bohemian area of Brighton and provides lots of quirky shops, eateries and plenty of atmosphere.

It is worth mentioning that there is a vintage street market outside the property on a Saturday morning but it shouldn't disturb you too much. In actual fact, as the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm! Being the first there will be easy, so you may get yourself a few bargains!

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

HOUSE RULES

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible.

Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.

We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

The Brighton and Hove region

Sussex is a wonderful location, full of a variety of things to do for all the family. Not only is it home to the very famous and popular area of Brighton and Hove but the surrounding areas have some of the most beautiful countryside in England. The exquisite landscape of the South downs are a mere few minutes drive and sussex boasts, many other attractions, such as historic buildings, museums, and other heritage sites.

Brighton

The North Laines is a bustling hive of activity. Loads of local businesses set up here with an abundance of great cafes, eateries, pubs, restaurants (Silo a few doors down does a lovely coffee but also has a great menu. All with no waste at all) and live music venues. The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk.

We don't think you could stay in a nicer area, it's so central you can walk to pretty much anywhere you need to.

Getting around

The station is very close and parking does seem to be a problem in Brighton but there are good facilities nearby. Being in the North Laines you won't really need a bus or taxi but there are links to Hove and other areas.

We'll meet you with a generous smile and happily hand over the keys. If you need recommendations on going out or places of interest please ask. You'll also be shown the closest places to park and the nearest super markets. We are available during your stay should a problem arise.

“Fabulous stylish but cosy cottage by the sea”

Myself and two colleagues stayed at Remmy's cottage in Brighton for a business trip. The space was immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home - from utensils to washing machine and an ironing board. The bedrooms were all beautiful and very comfortable and the lounge at Smart TV so we could all relax in front of Netflix after a hard day's work! The cottage is right in centre of the Laines, surrounded by great shops, restaurants (in particular a superb Mexican) and bars. And you're moments away from the sea. Thanks for a great stay!
