Description

This is a large spacious duplex (on two floors) apartment situated in an elegant, centrally located Regency Town House at the top of one of Brighton and Hove's most prestigious squares. Oblique sea views can be seen from the bedroom and living room.

It has three bedrooms, a very large living room with dining area that can seat up to 12. Please note the beds in the bedrooms can be set up as singles or in the case of 4 of the beds zipped and linked to form double beds in two of the bedrooms if couples are staying

WiFi - this property has Ultrafast Fibre WiFi which gives speeds of up to 300MBPS.

It is the ideal location for family gatherings and hen nights. It has a large fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. It takes up two floors of a large and very elegant Regency building. For groups over 12 there is the option at additional cost of booking another stunning apartment on the floor below which will allow you to accommodate groups up to 16.

Please note discounts are sometimes available for mid-week stays (Sunday to Thursday nights) that do not display on this site. Please enquire directly before booking to see if these are available. During (October to March) I also offer a one-night weekend rate that is not visible from the auto-calculators on this site. Please enquire directly if you would like the one night Saturday night rate.

There are original features throughout. Newly fitted bathrooms and a kitchen. Spacious and flooded with light bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Views down to Brunswick Square and the Gardens.

It is centrally located and within a one minute walk to the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached with no more than a ten minute walk away including to Brighton Sea Life centre, The Royal Pavilion, The Palace Pier, the historic Lanes shopping area, the Theatre Royal and Kemptown.

“Brighton Apartment”

Location was great for easy access to Brighton, Hove and Seafront. Loads of shops,bars and restaurants. Apartment was large roomy with very well equipped kitchen and lovely large bathroom and en-suite. We as a family group of 3 couples had to use the sofa bed as well as the other two double bedrooms but there was plenty of space for others if you don’t mind sharing.

This flat is perfect for large groups to stay in. It was large enough for everyone to relax, sit round the dining table and cook in the kitchen. We particularly liked the two dishwashers! The beds were also very comfortable and decor tasteful.

Myself & 2 other bridesmaids booked this venue for a hen party the last weekend in May. Due to another Brighton venue letting us down last minute we only booked this 10 weeks in advance & from the off Catherine was very helpful, understanding & accomodating. Prior to our arrival Catherine ensured we had everything we needed including directions, parking instructions & information about local shops &attractions, this made our jobs very easy! Carmen met us at the apartment friday lunch time & was extremely helpful telling us everything we needed to know about the apartment block, access, facilities & minor details like where the rubbish goes which was very handy with that many ladies! She was friendly & helpful throughout our stay even arranging a last minute parking permit for our mobile hairdresser. The apartment was beautifully decorated & had everything a party house would need including 2 dishwashers! The standard of fittings were very high & we, along with the other chicks & hen were thrilled with it. All in all a perfect hen venue in a fantastic location. This property & its owners come highly recomended. We cant wait to return to Brighton & the regrncy apartment in the future.

Me and my friends stayed in the Sea View Regency Apartment for my 30th birthday and had an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely stunning with great views of the sea, plenty of space for all 12 of us and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, plenty of great places to eat and drink just round the corner and everything was in walking distance, including the shops. It would have been helpful to have an allocated parking spot, however this is more of a Brighton parking issue than anything to do with the apartment and we were able to use parking vouchers which was fine. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly both before and during the stay and I could not recommend the apartment enough!!
