This superb, centrally located second floor apartment is just off Trafalgar Street in the vibrant North Laines area of Brighton. This makes it a perfect base for friends going out, family holidays or business trips.
This spacious two bedroom apartment can sleep up to six guests and has much to offer. The seafront is a 15 minute walk, there is a family park and skate park 2 minutes away and couple of local pubs within a stones throw.
Trafalgar House Apartment Two is in the heart of the North Laines area of Brighton. You couldn't be closer to the main train station which is literally a five minute walk from the apartment. When you come out of the station and turn right, one of the first things you'll see on the side of the first pub is the famous “Kissing Policemen” by Banksy. The apartment is situated on the first floor of Trafalgar House, at the end of a dead end road on the right hand side.
The apartment is perfect for holidaymakers or the business community alike. The central location makes it very popular for small groups of friends who want to be close to all the cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife or, equally as good, a base for business. With American Express not far away and the various conference centers found locally, it proves to be a very popular apartment.
DÉCOR & ROOMS
There is a bright and airy master bedroom and second bedroom, both with wardrobes. Both beds are zip and link so can be made into doubles or singles. There is also a pull-down double bed in the living room.
The living room has seating for six, as does the breakfast bar.
There is one bathroom which provides a bath with shower, WC and washbasin.
Trafalgar Apartment Two is in the ideal apartment to explore Brighton for a holiday, or to stay for work purpose, the apartment also benefits from Virgin television and unlimited wifi. We also supply linen and towels for your stay.
AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.
Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.
Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

"Great little find"
The apartment is in a fantastic location. Right in the lanes, a 5 minute walk from the station and there is a great cafe for breakfast on your doorstep. Very spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room. Wouldn't advise if you are looking for a quite escape as the room is above a pub. Not too noisy that you cant sleep, but you can hear going's on from the living room. We will be staying again in the near future, thank you for a great weekend away!
Hi, Many thanks for your review and really glad you enjoyed your stay. I would like to clarify that the nearest pub is at the end of the street and not below the apartments. Being in central Brighton we do know that there will be some outside noise but generally we feel that with double glazing in the bedrooms we don't find this a problem. "Beautiful apartment in a vibrant part of town"
Easy to find, warm and cosy inside and very welcoming owners. Its close to everything that makes Brighton what it is but down a little side street so any late night noise is not a problem. We didn't want to leave!

Renny was very quick and helpful to answer any of my queries any time of day. The appartment is a good size and it has everything your need for a weekend away. Its in a good location and not to far to walk down to the sea from and shopping centres
