This BEATNIK BREAKS townhouse is a quirky, fun Brighton Regency property. The holiday let is a perfect choice for a fun weekend away for family gatherings or groups of friends or workmates; Sleeping up to 28 people.

We have gone to great effort over the last five years to retain much of the original character of the BEATNIK CENTRAL. This property exposes the historic Regency and period features, combined with modern luxuries and an eclectic mix of carefully selected antique and vintage pieces. Greeted with a beautiful hallway and reception room the staircase leads to bedrooms tastefully furnished with luxury doubles and useful yet stylish bunk beds for the kids (big enough for grown-ups too!). A substantial wet-room is found on each floor with rainfall showers and off the main social space a 4 person jacuzzi bath garnishes the bathroom. Don't forget to bring your costume!

One of the key features of BEATNIK CENTRAL is the hand built 4.5m banqueting table made from reclaimed wood up-cycled from the restoration of the house - perfect for all guests to dine together or perhaps hire a chef and have a Private Supper Club.

The vibrant city of Brighton is on the doorstep of BEATNIK CENTRAL and it is a pleasant meander down to the Laines, the South Lanes and the Brighton & Hove seafront. BEATNIK CENTRAL is cool, spacious, sociable, quirky house nestled in the centre of town and within a seasplash of the beach.

Brighton is easy to walk around. We do have a cycle hire scheme Brighton bikes and many cycle paths Brighton train station is 15 minute walk away. Bus stop (Waitrose) is a 1 min walk Gatwick Airport is 30 min train or 40 minute drive away Brighton Marina is 2km away

“Great Stay”

We booked Beatnik Townhouse for a Hen Party of 25. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked for the hens on Saturday evening and the kitchen had all the necessities making cooking easy. The table was a great feature and we especially liked the big Jacuzzi bath! The house was in a great location within easily walking distance to the beach and bars. Thank you Tamara & Naomi for a great stay and answering all our questions quickly. Would highly recommend!

“Great place for groups in central Brighton”

We had 20 girls staying for a Hen do and this place was great. The downstairs kitchen area was great for everyone to socialise in. Very clean and beds comfy etc. The location was also great meaning we could walk around a lot and didn't rely on taxis. Tamara was great and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

I booked BEATNIK CENTRAL for my friends Hen do in November. I struggled finding somewhere to stay for 24 girls, all in the same place, which didn't mean we were scattered all over the place. I came across Beatnik Central and emailed them, Tamara got back to me straight away with all the information I asked for, dates, prices, location, activities. She couldn't have been more helpful. The house is absolutely perfect for a large group of people. The kitchen is beautiful and fits everyone in with lots of room to spare. The decor throughout the house is beautiful, it is presented so lovely and very welcoming. Tamara organised the food in the evening for us which was Mexican and some butlers in the buff. Everyone had a great time, the location is fantastic being right in the centre of Brighton. It really was the perfect house for what we needed. Tamara was great at keeping me updated the whole way through and answering all my questioning, even rushing to the house when we were stuck in traffic to be there to get our food delivery (which she also put all away for us too) Absouley fantastic care, nothing was too much trouble. If she was able to do it then she would. Thank you Tamara for such a lovely stay and beautiful house. I always recommend the company and houses to friends family. A*
