This centrally located house with sea views from all the front rooms, 50m from the sea front, interior was refurbished in 2017 to suit the holiday market and has every conceivable extra for a perfect holiday get away. The house is fully furnished and offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate WC as well as a large kitchen diner that can accommodate 20 people at the dining table and a separate lounge.

Our rate includes all extra's such as cleaning, linen, etc. and a meet and greet service from our Management Company to suit your times. The house has one bedroom with a triple bunk, two bedrooms that have a zip and link single bed (that can be joined into doubles beds) and a triple bunk in each, and one bedroom with three single beds. The additional sleeping arrangement is provided by one 4ft 6in English tailor made sofa bed / 6 inch mattress and two chair beds.
Using the secure booking process will incurred an additional booking fee that is payable directly to Holiday Lettings that is included in the quote.
Local shops, flea markets, cafes, bars and restaurants are a 100 metres away. The Lanes are 5 minutes minutes walk through the Kemp Town main street passing many more original and quirky shops, flea markets, bars and cafes. The pier is approx 650m stroll along the sea front.
Please note we regret that we can not accept groups under the age of 21 years old.
Please note that for weekend bookings both the Friday and Saturday night must be booked, with a late check or the Sunday night free.

House was amazing. Had everything you could want. The basement with the kitchen and huge dining table was ideal for our big group to socialise. Lovely comfy beds and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend. Great location, 10/15 minute walk from the pier. Would love to come for another girls weekend away x

Fantastic house right in the middle of everything and a minute from the seafront. Plenty of pubs, clubs, restaurants, a supermarket and shopping all in walking distance. Although no parking at the property, Tim the owner recommended parking a short walk away. The house is decorated to a high standard and has everything you need. Lovely weekend stay celebrating my daughters Hen Party.

“Beautiful House in a perfect location”
We spent Christmas at the Parisien Parfumerie, a group of 13 (3 families) with a mixture of ages. The house was clean and very well equipped, bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The house is in a great location, short walk to Brighton Pier, The Laines & Brighton Pavillion. The property is also minutes away from a few local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Whilst there is no parking at the property we had no problem in stopping outside to unload and found free on street parking a 10 min walk away. The owner has been fantastic in providing good useful information and responded to our enquiry very quickly. We had a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful house and would highly recommend it for family get togethers.

“Fabulous location with sea views with superb accomodation.”
You could not place this house in a better spot in Brighton I'm sure as not only have you sea views from the property but everything needed is in walking distance, from shops to bars, restaurants and clubs (what more could you ask for). The accommodation is extremely comfortable and so beautifully decorated, very elegant and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends and would hope to one day visit again.

“Perfect weekend stay in Brighton”
We rented this lovely house for my sisters hen do and it was perfect for our group of 19. It was great to all be able to sit around the table in the kitchen for meals together. With the seafront at the end of the road and only a 10 minute stroll to the Pier it was an ideal location. Tim and Tina were very helpful and answered any queries we had so promptly. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

“Excellent accommodation in perfect location”
House is really coolly decorated with loads of room so you're not on top of each other, kitchen and dining area a great place to gather before and after a night out. Nice little courtyard for smokers where you won't get blown away if weather is windy. Bedrooms cool and beds are comfy, and bathrooms good too. Excellent location for eating, drinking, and shopping if you want to (convenience store round corner). Beach a stones throw away. Landlords nice and very helpful too. Very happy with choice.

“I cannot wait to return!”
From the initial telephone conversation to the checking out I found the whole experience very easy. The owners were so helpful with recommendations, directions and general tourist information as they knew it was my first visit to Brighton. The house was immaculate with beautiful themed décor (I could have stayed indoors all weekend) and well stocked with full kitchen utensils etc. Literally a stone's throw from the seafront, the location was perfect. I immediately relaxed on arrival and stayed relaxed all weekend. I cannot wait to return as I only experienced a fraction of what this amazing city has to offer. I will check my 2015 diary and plan my return to sumptuous Parisien Parfumerie!

“Perfect accommodation for large groups”
Absolutely stunning townhouse in Central Brighton. The house is a 5 minute walk from the pier and 10 minutes from the main shopping area. It was ideal for our large group. The kitchen/dining room is a wonderful entertaining space and each of the bedrooms was decorated in a tasteful Parisian theme. We comfortably fit in 18 people and having 4 bathrooms was perfect with some many ladies in one house. The owner Tim was a pleasure to deal with and answered all our queries and questions in super quick time. As there were so many of us and we were out of season the house was extremely reasonable in price working out significantly cheaper than an average rated hotel in the city. I can't recommend this house highly enough for large groups travelling to delightful Brighton.

If Sue / Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
