Description

This Central Brighton Town House is the perfect base for group holidays, hen nights and other celebrations and long weekends. The newly renovated accommodation will comfortably sleep 22 people. Located right in the centre of Brighton, it is only a few hundred metres from the Pier, the Beach, the Brighton Pavilion and the famous Brighton Lanes. There are hundreds of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and night clubs all within close walking distance. The house is in such a perfect central location that you will not need a car during your stay but if you do need your car, there are plenty of carp parks close by.

The house has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, 3 family bathrooms (with 2 baths with overhead showers and a very large walk-in shower) and 7 bedrooms. It can sleep up to 22 people, many of the beds are zip and link so that you have plenty of options to have bedrooms with King size doubles or single beds depending on your preferred sleeping configuration.

The house also has free wi-fi throughout, a dining room, living room as well as seven bedrooms. This should mean whatever the size of your group you will have plenty of communal spaces to relax in and enough bedrooms to ensure that you are comfortably spread out throughout the building.

The complete building has recently been completely renovated and so everything is in new and excellent condition and comfort throughout has been considered from the quality of the beds to the use of high quality Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels.

There is a well equipped kitchen for catering for large groups with two fridges, a freezer and two large capacity ovens.
