This comfortable, well proportioned, two bed garden apartment is located in the vibrant Kemptown area of Brighton. With a calming palette of warm creams, accent teal & rich browns, this is a really lovely space to eat, sleep, work and relax. The lovely little sun terrace, tucked away to the rear of the property, is a real bonus in such a central location.

A stone's throw from the beach and just a 5 minute walk from central Brighton. There are many delis, restaurants, bars and shops on St James Street, also Kemptown village is well worth a visit on a sunny afternoon. An ideal base for a visit to Brighton for family and friends, or for a corporate stay, with the American Express offices and Brighton County Courts nearby.

“Gorgeous apartment. Excellent service.”

We stayed in Brighton for a weekend trip and loved the apartment. Very easy to pick up the keys out of hours (we arrived at 11pm) Customer service was excellent from Thomas who always got back to me when he said he would and kept me informed of everything I needed to know. Location is great, lovely quiet road but just a stone's throw from the pier and city centre. One thing I will say however is that the price shown on trip advisor doesn't seem to correspond to the actual cost of the stay, not sure if the price shown is the lowest possible or not but I didn't think it was very clear when looking for somewhere initially. Other than that, excellent.

Apartamento ideal para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Su localización destaca por estar suficientemente cerca de la playa y del centro, pero apartado para permitir un correcto descanso. Está perfectamente equipado, no echamos nada en falta. Al final de la estancia incluso encontramos una zona de aparcamiento cercana en la que no habia que pagar.

this apartement was clean, seamed to be not long ago newly renovated, and we had all we needed even washingmaschine to cleaning liquids. we also appreciated the contact for the housekeeping in the evening. Many thanks for your help and for a pleasant stay
