This is a lovely apartment located in one of the prestigious houses of Park Crescent. This cosy home from home has a spacious double bedroom, great private garden and also has access to the superb communal Park Crescent gardens, formerly Royal Cricket grounds, which is a great added bonus in such a central location.

The apartment sleeps 2 and is available for a minimum stay of 14 nights. The property is fully equipped and furnished and the price includes council tax, electricity, gas, TV services and WiFi.

Living Room - Cosy living room with large comfortable sofa, arm chair, 32'' flat screen TV and DVD player. The pictures on the walls were painted by the property owners who have left a large easel in the corner by the window for creative guests. Access to the garden.

Dining Area - Comfortable space with plenty of room to seat 6 around the dining table.

Kitchen - Well equipped galley style kitchen;
