“Great property, great location”

A spacious and comfortable property for our family of 4 but plenty big enough for 6 guests. Well equipped with all mod cons, smart tvs in lounge and both bedrooms. Stainless steel kitchen, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, open plan to lovely dining room with 6 seats at table. Big separate lounge with comfortable seating for 6, a selection of dvds and books and a wall map of the area. Hall with separate toilet and metal spiral staircase to 2nd floor. Central hall has glass doors to lounge on one side and to and kitchen diner on the other, useful coat hooks by front door. Upstairs - large master kingsize bedroom with en suite large shower cubicle, basin and plenty of storage inc 2 wardrobes. 2nd bedroom has twin beds with a pull out bed stored under each. Lots of cupboard storage - hanging space in master bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Good Wi-Fi - to please teenagers. The glass doors in the hall make the property seem even more spacious. 3 parking spaces in quiet cobbled private street. The spiral staircase may prove tricky for youngsters or people with mobility limitations. Lovely 25 min walk along seat front to city centre or through Kemp Town which is fab. The Bristol Bar was a few minutes walk away and very welcoming with views of the sea. Good selection of shops and restaurants close by. 15 min walk to Marina.
